Proposed Plans for 2019

A. EVANGELIZATION AND MISSION B. PASTORAL FORMATION

* Encourage MC members to be a speaker.
* Constant monitoring of “the way of Life” of all Leaders.
* Establishment of WOMB for every chapter
* Initiate Two CLPs for every chapter (at least one strategic)
* Conduct Provincial Speaker’s Training
* Cluster/Chapter leader to monitor the 2-year Teaching Track of members
* Conduct Leadership Formation Program for Cluster, Chapter and Unit heads
* Improve the flow of Communication between leaders and members through
the use of Social Media

C. MISSION SUPPORT D. ANCOP AND SOC. DEVT PROGRAM

* Conduct financial Stewardship to all members to improve generosity. * Appointment of additional members for Program Implementing Team (PIT)
* Close monitoring of Tithes Collection up to membership level. * Campaign for more AGW sponsors.
* Posting the names of member who tithes regularly in CFC Capiz FB page
* Review and up-dating of OGD.
* Monitoring of MC members during MC gathering

E.FAMILY MINISTRIES

* Encourage all CFC leaders to attend and support the activities of Family ministries
* Appointment of Family Min Coordinators for clusters/ chapters
* Well-Coordinated programs between CFC mainstream and all Family Ministries through proper planning
* Implementation of Pastoral Formation for each Family Ministry
