Good day!

We would like to express our personal gratitude to you this early for guiding and inspiring our pre-service
teachers in doing their tasks in your school.

Their training with your institution is ending on November 29, 2018. As planned, our department will hold
a thanksgiving program in honor of our partner-school administrators and cooperating teachers. The details
of which will be shared with you by our pre-service teachers in the form of program once it is ready.

Before the end of the training with you, may we humbly request you to evaluate their overall performance
