Subject: End of our Customer Relationship

Dear Usman Ali:

We are a customer-oriented organization that believes in the fulfilment of the expectation of a

customer. We work on a principle that customer is always right. We always pursue whatever customer
demands to ensure their happiness and satisfaction.

However, we are facing some problems and complications in the relationship between yourself and our
company from the past six months. This barrier has arisen due to your behaviour towards our sales
representatives and repetitive demands for the refunds and discounts on our products and services.
Even though our sales leader has talked to you over the phone couple of times regarding your attitude
and unnecessary demands, but all our cordial efforts are in vain.

Based on the above considerations, our management has decided to end our customer relationship with
your good self. Accordingly, we are now unable to accommodate your requests further in the future.

We wish you best of luck for your future.

Union Bank of California

Burki Road, Lahore
April 07, 2017

Mrs Margaret Caldwell

2789 Aviara Parkway,
Carlsbad, CA 92008,
USA

Dear Mrs Caldwell:

Thank you for your letter about the adjustment of claim#7899 dated March 28, 2017.

On your request, our Bank has contacted the Store Manager about any expected error at their end or in
their equipment. However, the store manager of Wilson’s Gourmet has told us that their equipment is
working just fine. Moreover, we have also checked our system and came to know that the transaction
reference number of any debit made on the same day remains the same. The system changes the
transaction reference number on daily basis instead of hourly. This was the reason that all of your debits
were showing the same transaction reference number.

Furthermore, the debits made on your account are for different amounts ($23.02, $110.95, and $47.50).
All of these transactions were also made at different times during the same day. Accordingly, these
debits were not a result of repeated card swipes or any sort of stealing.

Therefore, our bank is unable to settle your claim owing to the aforementioned reasons and the missing
copies of receipts in the claim.

We remain at your disposal for any further guidance in this regard.

Sincerely,

Zain Zulfiqar
Operations Officer

Subject: Cell Phone Policy Violation: New Penalty

Dear All,

With reference to the memo issued on April 07, 2016 about our company policy on using cell phones
during driving.

It has been noted that most of our associates use their cell phones for conducting businesses while
driving their cars. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and a violation of the company policy.
According to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, 20 to 30 percent of all driving
accidents are related to cell phone usage.

Therefore, from now onwards, any violation of our cell phone policy will result in suspension without
pay, unless the call is a genuine health or traffic emergency.

Your cooperation and compliance in this regard is solicited, please

Best Regards,

Subject: Faulty Safety Switch in ATVs Model: DS 90 X

Dear Customer:

Hope you are doing great.

Bombardier's always offered fast recreational products with high-class quality and supreme features for
our prestigious customer. We do not compromise on quality as well as safety. This is the main reason
that our high-speed products are always offered with inbuilt safety features.

In this regard, our race-ready versions of Can-Am DS 90X ATV are already equipped with a safety device
called a tether engine shutoff switch, in which, a cord is connected to a special switch that turns off the
engine in case of an emergency.

However, we found out a potential safety glitch in our 2008 and 2009 models of Can-Am DS 90X ATV.
Due to some technical reasons, the safety device of these models may not work properly in an
emergency situation i.e. pulling the cord might not shut the engine. If the rider is ejected and the safety
device does not work properly, the ATV will run on its own, potentially resulting in several injuries and
deaths. Considering the seriousness of this situation, we are recalling these models in cooperation with
Transportations Safety Authorizes in the US and Canada to remove the faulty switch at our
Manufacturing Plant.

Accordingly, we would request you to please visit our authorized dealers to have the switch removed
from your ATVs. This service will be performed free by our dealers. Moreover, our authorized dealer will
also provide you with a $50 credit voucher for future purchase of Bombardier accessories.

Should you require any queries or require any further information please feel free to contact us at 1-
888-638-5397 or visit us at www.can-am.brp.com

Subject: Proposal to increase the Coffee Sales

Hello,

I am currently a student at Wisconsin-Madison and live in its nearby Apartment. I have a proposal for
Starbucks to increase their coffee sales and brand image in the market.

Students of the Wisconsin mostly visit local coffee shops in the evening to spend their spare time.
However, the quality of their hot drinks is just average as compared to Star Bucks. But the main reason
for visiting these local coffee shops is due to the free wireless internet offered by the coffee shops. This
free service allows students to access course websites, do school projects, do research work and get the
updates about Badger athletic teams. Even though these shops are at a mile away from our apartment
as compared to Starbucks, but the demand of the local shops is quite high.

In my opinion, if Star Bucks drop its agreement with T-mobile and offer free wireless instead, then not
only demand of Starbucks will go up but also the coffee sales will increase. This will also offset the loss
of revenue from the wireless.

I don’t have the exact statistics to prove how the cost of offering free wireless would be more than
offset by increased coffee sales, but the new demanding trend will definitely show you the positive
results.

I hope you will look into my proposal and implement the desired change.

Subject: New Business Plan: Invitation for a Meeting

Dear Ms Sparks:

My name is Zain Zulfiqar and I am the Managing Director of World Connect Language Services. I started
my business from Memphis, Tennessee and it was booked to capacity within two months of its launch
owing to the demand for translators and interpreters. Recently, my company has conducted a research
for the expansion of the business and found out that it can be extended to at least ten other cities in the
Southeast U.S. But my company requires the investment to do such an expansion.

At the Entrepreneur’s Lunch Forum, you showed some interest in doing an investment in a business. I
believe my company would provide you with an ideal opportunity for an investment. Your investment
would allow my company to expand its business to the other cities of the Southeast U.S. Accordingly,
you will become the shareholder of my company.

I can assure you that your investment in my business is in safe hands. World Connect Language Services
is already expanding and growing, but my company has limited resources and capital for its expansion.
Therefore, the expansion would require approximately $100,000.00 according to the business plan. This
would be your share in this business. Currently, my business is valued at $ 50,000.00 as per the market
rate.

I would be delighted to meet with you within the next week, to discuss in detail my company’s profile
including its financials and to present a written business plan. This meeting will also give me an
opportunity to answer any questions you might have about my company and its future growth. It would
be a great pleasure to work with you and to have you as a part of my company.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Zain Zulfiqar
