Requirements for permanent residence in Peru

As indicated in the migration law of Peru, in order to obtain permanent residence, it is

necessary:
Have at least three (03) years of residence in the country and during the three (03) last years
prior to the presentation of the application have not been out of the country three (03)
continuous months or six (06) alternate months in one year.
Which was not fulfilled due to not being able to renew the temporary residence of worker, due
to not having a valid work contract or being present in the country at the time of expiration, for
which the possibilities to opt for a permanent residence are impossible.
