Good morning to the headmaster, teachers and friends.
My name is Hazwan, the chairperson of the Health Club. I would like
to talk about the ‘Importance of Eating Breakfast.’
Firstly, breakfast provides sugar and energy that help us to stay
active and energetic. The extra energy helps us to focus in the class.
Secondly, it boosts brain activity. It enhances our ability to memorize
new information. Lastly, it helps to maintain ideal bodyweight. We can
prevent obesity and cardiovascular diseases. Thank you for lending me
your ears.
