YEAR 1 MYP DESIGN

CRITERION A: INQUIRING AND ANALYSING

Your class is going to organize an exhibition in conjunction with innovation week. As one the
contestants you have to produce a mock up of object that must be functional and can be
commercialised to the public.

This mock up must be built based on the basic geometric object that you have learned in the class.

You are required to refer to at least 3 resources such as internet, magazine, books or newspaper.
Document your finding in a complete report. Support your finding with some appropriate evidences
(photos etc). You are required to present the report to your class teacher.

Choose a product that you like to use. Explain the problems that are encountered when using the
product and justify the needs for a solution to the problem

After conducting the research, i have decided to make a multipurpose brooch pouch .

design criteria that you have learned in the class.
