 What is Logistics?

“เปนขบวนการทํางานตางๆ ที่เกี่ยวของกับการวางแผน การดําเนินการ และ

การควบคุมการทํางานขององคกร ใหเกิดการเคลื่อนยาย การจัดเก็บ การ
รวบรวม และการกระจายสินคา วัตถุดิบ ชิ้นสวนประกอบ หรืออาจรวมถึงการบริการ ที่
มีประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลสูงสุด โดยคํานึงถึงความตองการและความพึงพอใจ
ของลูกคาเปนสําคัญ โดยปจจุบันถือวาเปนขบวนการหนึ่งในการบริหาร
