Level 1 Mental Health Fieldwork
Worked with one individual throughout the week doing an occupational profile, completing a chart review,
administering the COPM, performing a 1:1 intervention, and writing SOAP notes for each interaction
Planned and implemented a leisure group and a revive and refresh group for individuals with mental health
illnesses
Assisted the occupational therapist, art therapist, and music therapist with the groups they ran throughout the
week
