amicable settlement of the case, sign the compromise
agreement and submission to alternative modes of dispute
resolution of said case, under such terms and conditions as

verification and certification of non-forum shopping; To
simplify the issues of the case; To amend the pleadings,
which my attorney-in-fact may deem proper; To stipulate or
admit certain facts or documents; To limit the number of
