Today, approximately 35 millions tons of hot mix asphalt

have been modified with additives products
2007: 2 500 000 tons
2008: 3 200 000 tons
2009: 5 000 000 tons

as reinforcement agent between the aggregates in the binder

BINDER EFFECT
The product gives the effect of
- Lowering in the penetrability
- Rise the ring and ball temperature
- Lowering in the susceptibility

ARMATURAGE EFFECT
It will create bonding inside the granulometric skeleton

HARDCORE EFFECT
It is made by the particles temporatly softened during the process
which are to be thermaly moulded during compaction in order to fill
the voids of the granulometric skeleton

 With PR FLEX 20: SBS is industrially pre-digested and grafted
