Abstract

The E-WoM influence and tour attraction toward interest visiting tourist based on tour attraction
perception by demographic characteristic.

Study cases in Mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk

This research aims to know whether : 1) electronic word of mouth take effect for tourist attraction 2)
the tourist attraction take effect toward interest visiting tourist 3) both of electronic word of mouth and
tour attraction take effect toward interest visiting tourist 4) the difference perception of tourist about
tour attraction based on the age group of tourist at the Mangrove Nature Park Pantai Indah Kapuk. In
this case, used purposive sampling for sampling technique. Data was obtained by questionnaire
distribution which discuss about electronic word of mouth, tour attraction and interest visiting tourist to
the 100 respondents. Instrument test is use the validity test and reliability. Then classic assumption test,
multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, t test, f test and also one way Annova that know as
the data analysis technique are used to examine the differences of hypothesis in the research.

The research results show that : 1) the electronic word of mouth give impact for tourist attraction 2)
tour attraction give impact for tourist attraction 3) both of the electronic word of mouth dan tour
attraction had gave impact toward interest visiting tourist 4) there are difference perception of tour
attraction based on the age group of tourist.
