Block Fees Explained:

Lessons are payable in blocks of 4 weeks.

Payments are taken via the secure payment gateway (credit / debit card details) on the 1st of every month.

Our system will only be sending invoices on successful payment. Card expiry reminders or declines will automatically be
generated and sent via the online payment system.
Childcare vouchers payees will receive their invoice around the 20th of each month to allow enough time to claim payments to be
made BEFORE the 1st of each month.
Any fees paid after the 7th of each month will incur a late payment fee of £15 to cover the admin cost of chasing up payments.
Please note that we can not keep your child’s space open for you if payment has not been received.

Christmas : We are closed 20th December to 2nd January.

Easter : We are closed Tuesday 16th April to Monday 22nd April. We are open for normal tuition Monday 8th
April - Monday 15th April.

Bank Holiday: We will be open on Monday 6th May & Monday 27th May but we will be closed on Monday 26th
August. If unable to attend any of the May dates, Monday students will have the option to
reschedule lessons to a different day or ask for a Kip at home lesson.

Summer Booster : 1st August payment will cover a 4 day booster week. This can be taken during weeks 2-6 of the
4 lessons 1hr 20mins Tues-Fri summer holidays either in the centre Tuesday-Friday or as 4 Kip at home lessons to be completed on
a pc. These can be accessed anywhere in the world and now works on ipads! We are closed for
regular weekly tuition during weeks 2-6 of the summer holidays.

Note : Please note not all payment blocks fall within the same month, therefore please follow colour blocks
to see which payment covers which dates. For example 1st Dec payment covers 26th-30th
November, 1st-19th December and 3rd-5th January.

Leavers Notice: Notice must be given before fees are due for the next block (1st of every month) Your child will then
finish the block which has been paid for and an additional week (which is covered by the initial
deposit). Deposits will not be refunded.
