APIC will make available to ALL APIC members, free of charge, the
online abstract poster gallery. This gallery will showcase a graphic
image of each poster, as well as the complete abstract text and
author profile. Search features include by speaker, title and topic.

Webber Teleclass each session
APIC is partnering with Webber Training to provide
educational sessions at APIC 2019 to approximately
30,000 participants from around the world. This
unique educational opportunity is not a live webinar,
but a session with a call in number (with handouts) to
access during the presentation, as well as the ability
to watch the archived session online at a later date
and time. APIC and Webber Training have had great
attendance (20,000+) for these type of sessions at
previous annual conferences. APIC will announce this
year’s teleclass opportunities in spring 2019.

APIC Daily News is the official daily newspaper of the APIC Annual
Conference. Each issue includes conference highlights, APIC news,
and program updates—copies fly off the shelves each morning, as
attendees know this is their go-to source for conference news.
Each issue of APIC Daily News is also digitally distributed via email
to all APIC members and APIC attendees each morning during the
conference. Limited banner ad placements are available.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds due to sponsorship cancellation will be granted. Sponsor will be obligated to pay any outstanding balance due on
sponsorship as outlined in the sponsor application/contract.

Payment in full is required with application submittal. Space will not be assigned or held until full payment has been received. Bookings are final at the time
of confirmation by show management. Space is assigned based on room set arrangements and estimated attendance. If estimated attendance decreases
after booking, vendor may be given a different room than initially assigned. If estimated attendance increases, show management will in good faith try
to reassign to a larger space. Session title, topic, and speakers must be submitted to Symposia Manager at apicsymposia@sponsorshipboost.com by no
later than April 12, 2019. Vendors shall not promote, advertise, or represent any Symposia as an APIC event or as sponsored, supported, or endorsed by
APIC, nor allow the appearance as such. Any promotional materials used in advertising the session must be sent to APIC by April 12, 2019 for approval for
compliance with this covenant. Approval of materials by APIC shall in no way be construed as endorsement or approval of the substance of such materials
or of the session. Vendor shall not require attendance at multiple sessions in order for the attendee to receive a complimentary item of value. Companies
are responsible for marketing their sessions. Contact names will be provided when confirmation/payment is sent. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and
hold APIC, convention center, and the host hotel harmless for any and all claims, expenses, costs (including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees),
and liabilities of any nature associated with or resulting from the Symposium, or from any acts or omission of Vendor, its employees, or agents.
Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled on or before March 1, 2019, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund of any kind will be issued for any event cancelled after March 1,
2019. Fees are final at the time of confirmation by show management.
