PENALTIES
COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Failure to PUNCH IN or PUNCH OUT in the Time Card. No pay except if Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal

2. Falsification of TIME CARD or any deliberate misrepresentation of
punching in or out, such as but not limited to: 1 week off

3. Deliberately punching the time card of another employee, having
one’s card punched by a fellow employee or unauthorized altering of
time card.

4. Habitual tardiness __

5. Absent without official leave for one (1) day. Each is a separate

Note: For an employee NOT to be considered absent without official
leave (AWOL), the following procedures must be strictly followed:
A. An employee who wishes to be absent on a certain date or dates
must file an Application for Leave of Absence with the Personnel
Dept. at least two days before his intended leave.
B. If, because of extraordinary circumstances, approval of the
absence cannot be secured at any time before the day of absence,
the employee must call or send a written notice of his absence by
themselves or his representatives to the Personnel Dept. within
the first four (4) hours of the shift. And upon his return, the absent
employee must file immediately in writing the reason for his
absence to the Personnel Dept. which shall have the authority to
approve or disapprove the absence retroactively.
6. Failure to wear tag or I.D.
Note: a) Tags or I.D. should be pinned or attached to the side of the

b) Replacement cost of tag or I.D. lost shall be at the expense
of the employee.

policy.
10. Leaving work area without permission from the supervisor and

26. Discourtesy or any act to humiliate members of management, its

27. Deliberate discourtesy to humiliate any personnel during working

28. Giving away or authorized disclosure of company trade secret or
trade practices or trade processes or any other restricted company
information to outsiders or to those not authorized to possess such Dismissal
information or that results in loss, embarrassment & other prejudicial
effects to the company.
29. Conflict of interest. Holding any position or employment with or
without compensation in any business firm/pursuit engage in similar Dismissal
line of business as the company.
30. Falsifying personnel records or company records. Dismissal
31. Making articles for personal gain or personal use by the employee

40. Making false, vicious or malicious statements concerning any

41. Gambling of any kind or engaging in a lottery or possession of any

42. Posting or removal of any matter on Bulletin Boards or on any 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
company property at any time unless specifically authorized.
43. Scuffling, horseplaying, or throwing things during working hours or
laughing, dancing, & singing, whistling, shouting, joking during Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal

44. Mistakes due to negligence or carelessness which affect the safety of
the machines and/or personnel. And or with or without damage to
company property or materials.

49. Employee going out the company premises before his working hour

50. Failure to place all the tools and equipment in their proper places,

to keep the said tools and equipment clean after using them.

permission from the management.
52. Giving false testimony or refusal to cooperate during a company
investigation or administrative fact-finding process either as the 1 week off Dismissal
employee directly involved or as a witness.
53. Rest over 15 minutes during break time period and telephone call and
conversation during working hours without a permission from the Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
management.
54. Littering or failure to keep the working place and toilet and any place
of the company premises clean or failure to throw cigarette batts and
waste materials in proper places like ash tray or waste can urinating Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
or relieving bowels in any place within the company premises other
than in toilets. Action contributing to unsanitary conditions or
improper housekeeping.
55. Acts disturbing other employees during working hours. Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
56. While on sick leave, refusal to stay at home or hospital for rest and
having been found to have used such sick leave for reasons other
than to rest, recuperate and for treatment. This shall be considered as Warning 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
AWOL and shall be discouraged by applying disciplinary actions as in
No. 5 above.
57. Fraud of any kind committed for one’s benefit or to delay or to suffer
any company operation. 1 week off Dismissal
58. Deliberate wasteful use of electricity, water, materials, etc. Warning 1 day off 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
59. Bringing any personal properties or things such as food, cloth, etc. to
the working place or eating, changing cloth, showering, etc. inside the
working place during or after working hours except with the proper Warning 3 days off 1 week off Dismissal
consent by the management.
60. Five (5) infractions of the above rules, except when noncompliance of
rule already provides dismissal, within a 12-month period. Dismissal

NOTE: Any disciplinary actions shall not prejudice management BY ORDER OF THE MANAGEMENT
or offended parties from filling court suits.
