In present there are many types of

ABSTRACT
This invention is a multi-
purpose adjustable knife that can cut
vegetables and the like. A hand held
multi-purpose adjustable knife with
many blades attached to a handle by
means of a screw and nut. The blade
can be put in the handle if it’s not in
used.
For easy storage and it is
portable that you can carry it anywhere
because you will just carry its handle.
The blade can be pulled out using a
puller; the puller can be stored in its
handle so that it will not be lost. The
handle can withstand and hold the blade
properly.
The variety of blade can be
adjusted easily according to the specific
task to be done. This invention includes
the handle, multiple blades and the
puller.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Knives are widely used worldwide, in
present its blade and handle comes with
different shapes for different purposes
or uses. A simple knife has a fixed blade
and a simple handle, it is usable by
anyone. This can handle many type of
cutting or slicing, it is the important tool
to have in kitchen.

will provide different purpose for each

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This invention is a multi-purpose
adjustable knife that can cut vegetables

blades attached to a handle by means
of a screw and nut; where in the blades
can be put in the handle if it’s not in
used.
For easy storage and it is
portable that you can carry it anywhere
because you will just carry its handle;
where in the blade can be pulled out
using a puller; the puller can be stored
in its handle so that it will not be lost.
The handle can withstand and hold the
blade properly; where in the variety of
blade can be adjusted easily according
to the specific task to be done. This
invention includes the handle, multiple
blades and the puller.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE
PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
1. The preferred multi-purpose
adjustable knife of the present
invention generally comprises a
handle and a multiple blades.
2. The blades will have many
alternative designs depending of
what particular object to be cut.
3. The handle composes of
hollowed compartment, cover,
blade slot and a hole where in
these components will hold the
blades in accordance to the
handle, be safe to be used.
4. The preferred handle of the
present invention will be made
out of hard wood and plastic.
Referring to the detailed drawing of the
invention to FIG 3, a multi purpose knife
structure. At FIG 8 we can see the blade
has three holes, one for the socket
screw 9 two and for the pin puller 8. The
puller in FIG 9 has 2 pin 11 and a thick
handle 10. In FIG 10 showing thw slot
13. Each blade has its own slot, the slot
and the spacing has the same size. Also
each slot has a hole 12 where the
socket screw and the blade connect. In
FIG 11 the socket screw is a hex type
14 with a short tread 16, because the
part without tread 15 is the part that
holds the blade. Also the nut 17 the one
locks the screw. The screw is counter
bore to the handle 5 in FIG 6, also the
nut 6 in FIG 7. The handle is the main
part that has lots of structures just like in
FIG 6 and FIG 7 also in FIG 10. In FIG 5
it shows the hollow part 3 where we put
the unused blade. The unused blade
can be put horizontal or vertical based
on how many of it will be put inside. And
lastly FIG 4 it is the lock of the hollow
part where the unused blade to be put.
The 1 in FIG 4 is only the stoper to 2,
because 2 is the fit lock of the cover.
Claims:
1. A multi-purpose adjustable knife
structure adapted to cut and the like,
comprising:
a. An assemblies which composed of
handle and blade that have a space slot;
b. A handle that has adjustable equally
space slot that serve as a connector and
guide assembly to the blade; c. A blade
design to fit to the slot of the handle
which can be assemble or
disassembled.
2. A multi-purpose adjustable knife
structure comprising:
a. A screw or nut that safely lock the
blade to the handle;
b.A shaft that will hold the blade
properly.
3. A multi-purpose adjustable knife that
have a puller, to hold the blade hole, to
pull out the blade.
4. A multi-purpose adjustable knife that
has a hollow handle in order for the
blade and the puller to be stored inside.
