My Philosophy:

I believe that each child is different with an individual way of learning, and each of them are

interest in somethings that I should now from observing them during the activity center. It is my

responsibility as a teacher to provide for the student safe environment and include many fun

activities for them, and to focus in engage the student for the lesson. I will sit up my role for

classroom to organize. I will use strategies to ensure out classroom community, for example I

will do morning routine. As good teacher I should to know how to help my student to

understand the lesson and me as teacher I have to know my subject more to create activity for

them, because my goals is to encouraging my student.
