Bach is generally regarded as a great
composer,
He had a growing reputation of a great
performer,
Became famous because of various
organist positions,
And during 18th century, creating
various compositions.
Influenced other composers, his works
were heard,
And received worldwide recognition.
And so, orchestras around the world,
Presently play his works with satisfaction.
He’s a German wearing a quite big wig,
His contributions in the history of music
are sig figs.
Unfortunately, his works are nowhere to
dig,
But if I had it, guess, could’ve played it
on gigs.
He had a beautiful soprano voice,
As he performs, he makes such poise.
And so for Beethoven:
“Nicht Bach! Meer sollte er heissen.”
Handel became famous because of his
opera
He made his debut in early 1705 with
Almira
Came to Italy and composed Rodrigo
and Agrippina
And in 1741,created a famous work
entitled “Messiah”
One of the greatest composers of the
Baroque Era
Success with “Messiah”, an Italian opera
Water music and Music for the Royal
Fireworks compositions
Zadok the Priest, famed anthem for
royal coronations
Noted particularly for his compositions,
Music continued to transcend.
Relying on his skills, he made musical
variations
And soared as beatific rhythms, as
musicians commend.
Antonio Vivaldi, a virtuoso violinist
A cleric who had been ordered as a
Catholic priest
Had hoped for Emperor Charles VI
promised preferment
The Emperor died soon, a sad Vienna
predicament.
That sound is so pleasant,
Is that “The Four Seasons” I hear?
I barely hear it in the present,
Still, so beautiful, you might shed a tear.
He was known as “The Red Priest”,
Antonio Vivaldi is his name.
A magnificent, majestic virtuoso violinist,
Composing such instrumental concerto
made him a fame.
