SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, INOCENCIO M. ROSARIO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Salomague, Bugallon, Pangasinan, by these presents NAME, APPOINT AND
CONSTITUTE NANCY CASTRO ROSARIO , and a resident of Salomague,
Bugallon, Pangasinan, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me, name,
place and stead, to do and perform the following things and acts to wit;
1. To act in the processing of my papers relative to the requirements of
claiming my pension in the Government Service Insurance System
(GSIS);
2. To act in the processing of my claim for such pension and other benefits
from the GSIS;
3. To receive and process all the documents pertinent to the said purpose;
4. To execute and sign any and all other documents pertaining to these
purposes;
5. To do all other acts as may be reasonable, fair and just;
6. To do whatever representations are necessary for the fulfilment of the
said authority given and to do all other acts incidental therewith and
sign the same.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do such things and acts requisite and necessary in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we could lawfully do
if personally present, hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said
Attorney-in-Fact may lawfully do or shall cause to be done in and by virtue of
these presents.
