SPECIAL POWER ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

THAT I, <NAME>, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at
Chrysanthemum Village, San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna, DO HEREBY NAME, APPOINT AND
CONSTITUTE, <NAME>, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Chrysanthemum Village, San
Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna, as our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our names, place and
stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To execute, sign and deliver housing loan application and mortgage contract in connection
with my application from any Philippine Banks for a loan in any amounts that may be
approved by the said financial institution, offering as security for the payment of said loan the
property situated at ______________________________________________________ and
being developed by ________________________________________ under such terms and
conditions and under such covenants which my said Attorney-in-Fact may deem proper and
convenient;

2. To execute, sign and deliver Promissory Note(s) in favor of the above mentioned financial
institution, as well as other documents that may be required by the said financial institution in
connection with the said housing loan;

3. To receive the proceeds of the Promissory Note(s) which my said Attorney-in-Fact may
execute in connection with the mortgage contract relative thereto;

4. To administer, take charge, and manage for my sole benefit, the above mentioned real
property;

5. To inspect/maintain/repair and renovate the afore mentioned real property, if necessary;

6. To represent me in all the transactions concerning the above mentioned real property before
the developer of the said property;

7. To execute, sign, authenticate, and enter into any and all documents, contracts, agreements
for me and in my name with any person or entity in relation to the above powers;

8. To bring suit, defend and enter into compromises in our names and stead, in connection with
actions brought for or against me, of whatever nature and kind in relation to the above
powers.

9. To do and perform for and in my behalf acts which are related to the above powers

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
