This refers to your letter-request to the Provincial Governor for sponsorship for the 5-day
shooting event held at the Armscor Shooting Ranges, Marikina City on 10 – 14 October
2018.

We would like to inform you that much as we want to, we cannot grant your request as
initially we did consider, due to lack of the following supporting documents, to wit:

1. Certificate of Registration of the organization; and

2. Official Receipt of the Organization

We do recognize your need but then again there are existing rules and procedures which we
have to abide.

We hope that you will understand the predicament we are presently confronted with.

2. Supplemental Budget P100,000.00
Total P300,000.00

Further, this specific request has just been received by the office of the undersigned last 15
October 2018, hence, there is no available specific appropriation for the same.
