1. Kasiglahan Village Elementary School will hold a School Learning Action Cell (SLAC)
on November 29, 2018.

2. The objectives of this SLAC Session are as follows:

A. To update the teachers’ knowledge, skills in the preparation of PPST/RPMS

Portfolio.
B. To prepare teachers’ portfolio for the S.Y. 2018-2019.

3. All teachers of Kasiglahan Village Elementary School are the participants of this
activity.

4. To ensure the success of this School Learning Action Cell (SLAC), all teachers are
required to attend and fully and bring the following materials.
 Folder (color by grade level)
 Bond paper/Colored Paper
 Scissors/ Glue
 Permanent Marker
 And other art materials

5. Enclosed herewith are the Programs of Activities, Different Working Committees,

Number of Participants and Opening Program. A narrative and pictorial report should
be accomplished and submitted to this office.

6. Widest dissemination of this memorandum to all concerned is herby desired.
