Threshold values of IEQ parameters This section of the standard defines threshold values of the IEQ parameters in three categories - Class A, Class Band Class C. Class A {Aspiatonal) Class C (Margnally Acceptable) Figure 5 - Categories of Indoor Environmental Quality parameters a) Class C (Minimum Acceptable) Class C defines the minimum acceptable value for critical parameters of IEQ elements in the space. b) Class B (Acceptable) Class B defines the acceptable value for parameters of IEQ elements in the space. c) Class A (Aspirational) Class A defines the aspirational value for parameters of IEQ elements in the space. 5.2.1. Threshold values for thermal comfort parameters This section shall be used to determine quality of thermal environment for representative, occupant ofa space.
