• Write and publish uncensored articles, videos, and podcasts pertaining to prominent issues, allows
self expression among a widely diverse group of teens from all across metro Atlanta at one neutral
space

• Published numerous articles on pertinent issues facing Atlanta teens:

o ”Careless Foster Care? The Conversation Starts Here.”

o ”A Tale of Two Immigrants”

• Created podcast series discussing topics such as domestic violence, prejudice in pop-culture, gender
bias, as well as access and equity to educational resources in underprivileged areas

• Facilitate community workshops on teens in crisis and refugee immigration

Intern at Asian American Advancing Justice Summer 2018


• Selected as paid field intern, initiated city-wide canvassing and registered over 400 voters in the
Atlanta area within one month. Helped increase POC voter turnout in traditionally underrepresented
populations by over 350% in midterm elections

• Creator/contributing editor of Voices of Color for People of Color, a magazine offering a creative
platform for expression, empowerment, and solidarity to amplify the vibrant voices of the
communities’ intergenerational, multicultural resilience and resistance

opportunities to implement leadership skills through interaction with city, businesses, and government
executives to affect positive change
