flat screen TV....with lo' and behold - Netflix!! (For all the traveling couch-
potatoes out there who just want to enjoy a lazy night in with a movie and

of the Shophouse up a short flight of stairs, facing the calm, residential street
and lovely green park next door. A roll-away bed with its own mattress, pillow, and

information The space Summary A 90's luxury condominium at a stone-throw away from
Orchard, Singapore's famous shopping district. Three bedrooms come with queen beds.
Master bedroom has an en-suite bath, the other bathroom is shared. The condo has
pool, gym and sauna. It's a unique place to stay with your friends or family.
Detailed The condominium, opened in the late 90s, has been built to reflect the
luxury lifestyle people lead in one of Singapore's most expensive real-estates.
Located just in front of Great World City mall, this building is one and half
kilometers away from Singapore's Orchard shopping district. The apartment can
therefore be regarded as shop-lover's haven. The condominium is also three bus
stops away from the two nearest MRT stations i.e Outram Park and Orchard. Taxis are
also available at the Great World City taxi stand. taxi fares are relatively cheap
considering the proximity of the house to Marina bay and other great tourist
attractions. The Great World City also has a few free shuttle buses that take you
to Orchard and other nearby MRT stations. This is a three decade old establishment.
Thus, it comes with its own set of pros and cons. Pros: The apartment has its own
unique style. When I first entered the apartment, I fell in love with its
uniqueness. I frankly love this place more than any of my other listings. That's

The exposure to the harsh tropical climate makes it much worse. Preferences are
very subjective and if you like to stay in a new and modern housing, this is
probably not the choice for you. For vintage lovers, however, I can assure you I
have never seen a better maintained unit till date. Its quite unbelievable that
this apartment actually shows so little aging. Further, our cleaning staff
understand my love for this unit and take special care to ensure it's immaculate
every time. It's probably the reason why we still have 4.5 stars on our Cleanliness
rating for this listing. The unit itself is a 100 sq. meters ( 1300 sq ft)
apartment which features three bedrooms, two baths, a well equipped kitchen, a
living area, a dining area and a hallway. The main door opens to the hall that
leads to the dining area. The modern dining table comes with six comfortable chairs
that give you the most perfect dining experience. The living hall, which is right
beside the dining hall, features a luxurious three seater sofa, a rotatable coffee
table and a low pile rug. It is also equipped with an LCD TV. The lamps are
definitely a highlight of the entire house. The large pendant lamp in the living
hall is the biggest highlight of the entire house. It brings character and
sophistication to the entire décor. The bedrooms also feature lamps that create the
perfect luxury hotel-like ambience. The bright white clean walls are definitely
another highlight of the whole apartment. It gives the guests a feeling of peace
and tranquility in midst of all the city hustle. In addition, the bright contrast
of the bed sheets in the guest room makes it visually lively. The master bedroom
features a large queen size bed while the other bedroom is equipped with one king
bed. Two bedrooms have wardrobes that have a large enough storage space for guests
staying for an indefinite period of time. Guests also get to enjoy a nice relaxing
shower in their own bath at the end of an enjoyable day. The third bedroom also has
a queen bed. The kitchen, just behind the dining hall, has an gas cooker , a
microwave, a full sized fridge and a washing machine. The kitchen back area is also
a smoking area and has a large open window to gaze into the night sky. Please see

looking for an apartment to replace our first AirBnB house, we knew we had a tough

won use so many 5 star reviews. And with this house we found the perfect match. The

variety of colors to create the most appealing environment. The whole apartment is

We generally do the check-ins personally. We love to meet our guests and we would
definitely try to come meet you during your stay if we are unavailable for check-in
Other things to note All bookings accepted on AirBnB are under our BASIC SERVICES

CLEANING – The apartment will only be cleaned before check in. Your cleaning fees
only cover one-time cleaning. No change of bed linens, replenishment of coffee (if

PACKAGE CHECK IN – FREE TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT/ANY OTHER LOCATIONS IN SINGAPORE TO
THE APARTMENT. CLEANING- ONE ADDITIONAL CLEANING PER WEEK WHICH INCLUDES CHANGE OF
BED LINEN, REPLENISHMENT OF COFFEE (IF PROVIDED). PRICE FOR PREMIUM PACKAGE FOR
THIS APARTMENT (150 SGD FOR FIRST WEEK, CHECK RATES/DISCOUNTS FROM US FOR LONGER
TERM STAYS). Please let us know if you’d like to upgrade the package. We will send
money request via AirBnB to confirm the purchase. HOMES SG SECURED AUTHORIZED CHECK
IN FOR ALL TRAVELERS Singapore laws are strict. Condominiums have high security.
There is no available self-check-in facility or code-lock door. We offer the
following options for guests to check in. OPTION 1 SHUTTLE (CHARGEABLE) TIME FRAME:
24/7. For guests reaching early morning, pick up starts at 10 30 am unless an
additional day is booked. HASSLE FREE CHECK IN – Our driving partners can pick you
up from any location in Singapore (Airport/ Cruise Terminal, Marina Bay Sands,
Sentosa Island etc.). These people are authorized to enter the property and help
you with basic check in instructions, key collections etc. You also have the host
number provided to you for any additional questions/complaints. These are Charges
(flat fee in Singapore Dollars) for the service Standard Car - 5-seater sedan (fits
up to 3-4 pax with max 2 large + 1 hand carry luggage) - $30 Standard MPV - 7-
seater van (fits up 3-4 pax with max 4 large + 2 hand carry) - $40 Alphard MPV -
Minivan (for 5 pax with 5 large luggage) - $50 2 MPVs (For 6 pax or more with
enough boot space to fit all) - $60 ($ 10 surcharges for after midnight arrival)
WHY CHOOSE THIS? This is our only 24/7 Check in option, it is priced about the same
as Grab/Uber for smaller cars. (For bigger vehicles, our price is cheaper than most
other limousine services currently available in the market). It saves you the
hassle of getting lost in a city. Our partners can do the check in, which is an
added bonus for you! WHY NOT? MRT/Bus ride is cheaper. Grab rides for 3-4pax can
sometimes be cheaper during off peak. But do keep in mind, your Grab driver can’t
enter our property and they will not wait for you. (Grab charges $3 per 5-minute
block) OPTION 2 LIMITED TIME KEY COLLECTION (NON-CHARGEABLE) TIME FRAME: 11 AM -12
30 PM Collection of keys from our housekeepers directly during cleaning. Free
collection of keys from the property itself. Key can only be collected with this
option between 11 AM -12 30 PM. We will only provide you with the address right
before check in. You can keep the bags, collect the keys and understand the house
rules. No access to the apartment will be possible before check in time. No waiting
at the lobby (heavy fine). WHY CHOOSE THIS? You have an early flight and you have
the time to come to the apartment at ease. You wish to save the cost of taking a
taxi since you have time to spare. WHY NOT? Extremely short and limited time frame.
You may lose your way if you take MRT. None of our apartments are easily
identifiable using maps. Delays may result in unnecessary fees as outlined under
OPTION 3 if it falls outside of time frame. Taxi rides can end up being far more
expensive as the drivers cannot identify the location and the meter keeps ticking.
OPTION 3 HOST/CO-HOST PHYSICAL CHECK IN (CHARGEBLE) A host or co-host will wait for
you at the apartment at your designated time. A half an hour grace period will be
provided for any unforeseen delay. This can be arranged subject to availability of
host/co-host schedule. Charges START at 25 Singapore Dollars WHY CHOOSE THIS? You
wish to have a peace of mind with the apartment. You wish to inspect the apartment
and/or ask any questions you have. You’re a premium guest. WHY NOT? It is
expensive. It is subject to availability for Basic guests. It is cheaper to take
the airport transfer option. CLEANING POLICY Only one cleaning before check in.
This is defined as ‘cleaning fee’. Additional cleaning will be charged at cleaning
per cleaning. We don’t provide free partial cleaning services like change of bed
linen or wash of towels. Only full cleaning. Alternatively, you may choose to
upgrade to our Premium Service Package at a weekly rate. WE ARE STRICT ON CHECK IN
AND CHECK OUT TIMES EARLY CHECK IN (Subject to availability) Our apartments run at
90% occupancy. This leaves us with very little time to allow flexibility on check
in. Some travelers with early flights can consider a check in at 12 NOON at an
additional 50 SGD. This is subject to the travel plans of the previous guest. We
will not be able to offer this facility by inconveniencing other guests. For check
in before 12 noon, an additional day needs to be booked. Early bookers have the
facility of using airport transfer to check in at any time, this is not offered by
other hosts at the moment. LATE CHECK OUT (Subject to availability) We allow late
check out until 1 PM for an additional 50 SGD. Beyond 1 PM a full day charge
applies. Guests who abuse our late check out policy by forcing a late check and
disrupting plans of subsequent guests will be heavily fined. For full flexibility
on check out, please book an additional
day. LUGGAGE STORAGE FACILITIES Very limited luggage storage option is available
for guests who collect keys before check in time. This facility is available from
10 30 am to check in time. There is no facility for check out luggage storage at
the moment. You may, however, choose to try this place: crowd-inn storage (this is
a hostel in Little India area which also provide this service as advertised on
their website).
