Cedera kepala merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian dan kecacatan

utama pada usia reproduktif, sebagian besar teijadi akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas.
Tujuan penelitian Diketahuinya ada Hubungan Derajat Cedera Kepala
Berdasarkan Glassgow Coma Scale Dengan Keluhan Nyeri Pada Pasien Cedera
Kepala di RSUD M.Yunus Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan
adalah pendekatan cross sectional.

Populasinya adalah semua pasien cedera kepala di ruang seruni yang

ditemukan adalah 30 orang. Analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik
spearman correlation. Hasil analisis univariat yaitu Dari 30 responden, 19
responden (63,3%) yang mengalami cedera kepala ringan, 9 responden (30,%)
yang mengalami cedera kepala sedang dan 2 responden (6,7%) yang mengalami
cedera kepala berat. Dari 30 responden, 19 responden (63,3%) yang mempunyai
keluhan nyeri ringan, 8responden (26,7%) yang mempunyai keluhan nyeri sedang
dan 3 responden (10,0%) yang mempunyai keluhan nyeri berat.

Hasil analisis korelasi spearman mendapatkan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,643

pada proporsisignifikansi 0,000< 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat
hubungan positif yang kuat antara Derajat Cedera Kepala Berdasarkan GCS
dengan Keluhan Nyeri Pada Pasien Cedera Kepala di Ruang Seruni RSUD.
M.Yunus Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2018. Hasil bivariate didapatkan p value 0,000 <
α (0,05).

Head injury is one of the leading causes of death and disability in

reproductive age, most of which occur due to traffic accidents. The aim of the
study was to know the relationship between the degree of head injury based on
Glassgow Coma Scale with complaints of pain in head injury patients in M.
Yunus Hospital, Bengkulu City. The type of research used is a cross sectional
approach.

The population was all head injury patients in the seruni room found were
30 people. Univariate and bivariate analysis with spearman correlation statistical
test. The results of univariate analysis were from 30 respondents, 19 respondents
(63.3%) who experienced minor head injuries, 9 respondents (30,%) who
experienced moderate head injuries and 2 respondents (6.7%) who had severe
head injuries. Of the 30 respondents, 19 respondents (63.3%) had complaints of
mild pain, 8 respondents (26.7%) had complaints of moderate pain and 3
respondents (10.0%) who had complaints of severe pain.

The results of the Spearman correlation analysis obtained a calculated r

value of 0.643 at a significance proportion of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded
that there is a strong positive relationship between the Degree of Head Injury
Based on GCS and Pain Complaints in Head Injury Patients in the Hospital Room.
