Mist Cooling System

Dynamic Cool Mist Cooling System is a low investment, low Plastic Misting Nozzle
pressure, simple and effective way to make cooling possible.

Widely being used in poultry house both open and close type. Can
be used under the shed, sides of the house and on top of the
roof. For best result works with ventilation fan which can gives
excellent cooling effect.

To avoid overrun of the misting system, installs timer controlled

valve or pump to the supply line.

The Misting Nozzle is make of high quality plastic with working

pressure range between 30 ~100 PSI. The flow rate is about 75ml
per minute at 40PSI.

For clog prevention, installs one main line filter to the piping line.

How Mist cooling works?

Misting nozzles create mist that evaporates into

the surrounding air. It begins to cool the air. This
process is known as direct evaporative cooling. As
misting system continues to run, more of the
surrounding air gets cooled through this process.
The cool air will be circulated away by natural wind
or ventilation fans. Ventilation fans help to spread
cool air quickly and more efficiently.
