JOINT AFFIDAVIT
(As required by Article 34 of the Family Code
Of the Philippines as Amended by Executive
Order No. 277, July 17, 1987)

That we, ALEXANDER CASTRO LADO, JR and LYDIA B. DECLARO, both

of legal age, single and widow, respectively; Filipinos, and residents of sitio Campaclan,
barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and manifest:

That sometime in November 2008, we met each other in CRISTALA PARLOR in

Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental because I, Lydia Declaro was workingin the said parlor
and Alexander Lado was a customer, and then later on, we became intimate friends;

That in December 2008, moved by our mutual love and understanding, we have
decided to live together as husband and wife in Sitio Campaclan, Poblacion, Sibulan,
Negros Oriental until the present;

That we both have attained the age of majority, and being unmarried have lived
together as husband and wife for more than five (5) years already, and that we now desire
to marry each other for our own good and for the welfare and future of our children;

That there is no legal impediment in our marriage and we both possess the legal
capacity to marry each other.

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily just to attest to the
truthfulness and veracity of our statements herein.
