Description of Problem
A door to a supply closest, located in the Customer Service Department was reported to be jammed from
inside the room. A key-holder was able to unlock the door; however, it only opened about 2 inches. It is
unknown as to why the door is still stuck due to the room being dark, and further investigation is required.
