EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE REGION

In line with the Memorandum from the CHED Chairperson entitled “Enjoining Higher Education
Institutions (HEls) to Organize and/or Develop Volunteer Programs Towards the Pursuit of Social
Change” dated April 12, 2016, you are hereby advised to submit reports to this office regarding your
institution's volunteerism activities on or before March 30, 2018.
‘The said reports are consolidated and submitted to the Office of Student Development and Services ~
CHED Central Office as part of the report and compliance of the Commission to Philippine National
Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA), in support to RA 9418 “An Act Institutionalizing a
Strategy for Rural Development, Strengthening Volunteerism and for the Other Purposes.”
Kindly submit your report using the prescribed template, in electronic copy (Excel Format) to
