- I will divide the time before I start the lesson and using the timer during the activities.

The students will divide by three groups depending on their levels. Which are, green (low level),

This activity will be work by the group, the student will have a one-subtraction equation of
four-digit numbers, and they have to use the handle to put it on the correct answer.

- The middle-level student’s activity: (solve the subtraction equation with regrouping).

This activity will be work by the group, the student will solve the subtract 4-digit numbers,
and they will use the addition to check the answer.

- The higher-level student’s activity: ( solving problems)


This activity will be work in pairs. The student will make a Mathematical equation and
solve it with regrouping.

Independent Experience (small group activity 2): (solve and color the answer).
In this activity, all the groups will have this sheet. The student will solve the subtraction equation
of four-digit numbers and color the answer that shows in the picture.

At the end of the lesson, I will ask the students what we are have learned in this lesson.

I will give each group different subtraction equations and tell them to solve it on sticky notes, and
then when they finish, I will let them to put it on the board.
