 Timely Submission of cases put up by Office Assistants strictly as per SOP
 Management of Policy files, including issuance of necessary amendments in policy matters
with the approval of competent authorities.
 HR&Admn policy assistance and clarification to all the formations
 Recruitment of BPS-1 to BPS-4 employees and Stenographers G-I and G-II for common
services wing on Contract/Daily wages bases.
 HR Planning mainly:
Retirements/Promotions/Transfers/Postings/Regularizations/Deputation of BPS-1 to BPS-
4 employees and Stenographers G-I and G-II borne on the strength of HR&Admn
 Performance Appraisal and Declaration of Assets Dossiers of BPS-5 to BPS-15 employees
 Managing Disciplinary/Court cases and Inquiries of above mentioned employees
 Preparation and revision of HR Budget of Common Wing on bi-annual bases
 Compensation and Benefits administration of officers and officials borne on the strength of
HR&Admn.
 Coordinating with Examination and Training Directorate for Trainings and Departmental
Promotion Exams of Stenographers.
 Vetting and verification of HRIS reports.
