Through the lesson, I will do different transitions between the activities so; I will use a bell to start the
activity and counting down.

I will greet the students and I will remind them about the classroom rules and reward system. Then, I
will use the TPR strategy to engage the students and to be active during the lesson.
I will begin my lesson with a short song. I will sing a song includes prepositions (on – under – next to)
to let the students explore the prepositions words and I will use animal toys (cow – sheep –dog)

Instructions:
I will give each two students one envelope. It includes (pictures – preposition words– and
sentences) that related to the prepositions word. They have to solve the puzzle by reading the
sentences and words to put it with the correct picture. So, they will collaborate with each other
to do the activity and read the sentences to memorize the prepositions words (on – under – next
to). I will check students work and ask them to read it I also, will use a checklist to evaluate
them.

(Differentiation activity)
Instructions:
This activity is about looking at the picture, read the missing sentence, complete it by sticking one
picture and writes the missing preposition. I will give each student a small activity card (includes three
questions) with the marker and 3 small pictures. Students have to look at the picture, read the sentence
and complete it by sticking one picture and copy the correct preposition. When they will finish I will
check their works and ask them to read the whole sentences to evaluate them.

- This activity is about look and classify. I will give each group a file that includes 3 cards of
prepositions (on – under – next to) with 15 pictures. I will ask students to read the question
that on the prepositions cards (where is the red border/square?) then, students have to look at
the pictures and concentrate on the red border to stick it on the correct preposition card.
Students have to collaborate with each other to do the activity.

Closing:
I will ask students to sit as a group (5 girls in each group) and I will give each group one ball. Then, I
will ask one student from each group to stand up and hold the ball. After that, the student will listen
carefully to my instructions (which includes sentences about prepositions of place) to implement it
correctly. For example, I will say put the ball on your head.so, the students who are standing in the
group will put the ball on their heads. When they will finish they will pass the ball to her friend that in
