AFFIDAVIT OF FILING AND SERVICE

I, Atty. Joseph John Gerald M. Aguas, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident
of 28 Gonzales St., Sinagtala, BF Homes, Paranaque City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say that:

1. Last 25 June 2018, I caused the filing of a Petition for Certiorari under
Rule 65 with the Court of Appeals, later docketed as CA-GR SP No.
156299, and served copies thereof by Registered Mail to the public
respondent therein, as well as to the private respondent, by depositing
a copy thereof, in the post office of Manila , as evidenced by Registry
Receipt Nos. RD 959787295ZZ (for public respondent) and RD
9597877304ZZ (for private respondent), which were attached to the
original copy of said Petition filed with the Court of Appeals, with
instructions to the post master to return the mail to the sender after ten
(10) days if undelivered.
