I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
Suspect was highly intoxicated in the residence and fell onto the Christmas tree while attempting to cross the
living room. Victim assisted him to his room and told him to sleep it off. Suspect came out of his room and
discharged a 9 mm firearm, 15 times at the homeowner and his son. The bullets penetrated cabinets, counter,
appliances and walls. Victims were able to disarm the suspect and pinned him until law enforcement arrived.

Felony discharge of a firearm: Suspect discharged the firearm in the direction of two persons.
Aggravated Assault:the suspect created a substantial risk of bodily injury to another with the use of a dangerous
weapon.
Criminal Mischief (felony 2) suspect caused pecuniary loss in excess of $5000. Bullets went through the cabinets
and continued through the kitchen into appliances and walls.
Carry a dangerous weapon under the influence of alcohol: Suspect was highly intoxicated and in possession of a
firearm.
Charges enhanced to DV, due to the suspect living with one of the victims.
