Operational Excellence: Established inventory Min/Max planning calculations to maintain inventory levels for all active items based on
usage for each item. Reviewed inventory balances, purchase orders, back orders, and open orders to improve logistical performance.
Within the first 6 months, restored inventory accuracy, reduced estimation time, and raised product availability by 32%. These
improvement levels are maintained to this day.

Inventory Management: Identified excess and obsolete inventory left over from completed projects and changes in engineering designs.
Scrutinized, and disposed inventory by hosting auctions with Corporate approved vendors. Within 6 months, eliminated redundant

process delete request. This process is the standard for CPE retirements and the ticket tool led to a more accurate method for
control of retirement records.
