Date Hours Description of Work/Progress

7/31/18 3 Met with Anthony Chrisco and took his natural pain alleviation class. We also
interviewed participants from the class that face chronic pain and they gave us their
personal testimonies about their journeys. Meanwhile, we were establishing a
relationship with Anthony.
10 Did a 20 minute session per day of rolling out the fascia network in numerous parts of
10/1/18- my body. It was to collect data for my personal progress testimony over the course of a
11/1/18 month. Also, it was to practice and get familiar with the exercises for our next step

11/15/18 2 Took the time to plan out our next step and all the connections we can take advantage
of. Reached out to Shriners and asked if they would be willing to partner with us.
Proposed the idea of reserving the dance room with Mr. Madriaga so that we are able
to teach the teachers of Maryknoll and made solid plans on 11/20 with Mrs. Osaki.
Organized the final details with Anthony and Mr. Davis.
6 Took Anthony’s certification event, where I learned about the fascial network and all
11/18/18 the places it takes place in the human body. I was taught how to lead my own class for
which I will be able to teach other people about this natural alleviation technique. Built
relationships with his wife Eileen and the other people who took part in the class and
interviewed them. Talked to Anthony on how we would divide the class and both teach
at the same time and talked specifics about other things we should incorporate into our
next step.
5 Planned the specific details for the classes we will teach. Organized with the P.E
11/22/18- department about borrowing materials from them. Planned the before and after data
11/26/18 survey of the teachers, also made the graphs for the data. Made fliers to hand out
directly to the teachers, and sent out an email with a link to a document where teachers
can reserve the day and time to come to our class. Introduced our topic to all the
interested participants by searching for them on campus. Also visited the grade school
to talk to more teachers who were interested. Made a script with important facts about
each exercise and practiced teaching a mock class during our free time.
1 Naks let us teach her healthy lifestyles class briefly about the natural pain alleviation
11/27/2018 technique. We showed them some of the exercises but we couldn’t get through all of
them, it was a mini practice for the real class with the adults.
3 Taught two sessions of the fascinator method to the teachers of Maryknoll, both high
school and grade school. Had them do a before and after sit and reach to show the
11/28/2018 progress just after one session. We played relaxing music in the background and went
and through almost all of the exercises due to short time. We spent about 5 minutes on each
11/29/2018 exercise, rolling out the hamstrings, triceps, gluteal, hands, wrists, neck, back of skull,
feet, and forearms. During each exercise we mentioned some important facts about that
place in the body and why it may be sore. After the class, we talked to the teachers and
got some feedback verbally or on the camera.
