Executive Summary
J2 & GMN Merchandise is a business that will provide good quality of home products, shoes, bags
and others. This business will provide customer satisfaction as well as convenience to the target market because
we will use direct selling and bringing the product to the customer’s location. This merchandise business was
established last November 9, 2015 by the BSBA students namely Balili, Jai Noreena; Bug-os, Grace Ann; Escol,
Jomiel; Labastida, Nicha Mae; and Nuñez, Mercy Grace. This students are highly motivated to use their skills
and knowledge about entrepreneurial management and salesmanship with logic. It has a great impact in our
economy pertaining in business industry because we have a high quality and competitive products in the market
place and also the business is customer-oriented as well as competitor-oriented.
1.0 Marketing Plan
1.1 Description of the Product
J2 & GMN Merchandise offers variety of products that are ready to use or wear
such as; bags, shoes, sandals and home products.
J2 & GMN Merchandise has an edge towards its competitor because we offer variety
of products with quality and affordable. Some of the competitors, all of their customers exert
effort in their store while our business serve directly to them.
1.3 Location
The business will be located in San Isidro, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte.
The geographical areas that will be covered by the business includes nearby
barangay of San Isidro specifically, Brgy. Mag-ata, Brgy. Punong, Brgy. Looc, Tomas Oppus,
Southern Leyte.
Within the market area, the products will be sold to students, teachers, other
professionals and the people living in the covered area who are willing to buy our products.
The promotional measures that will be used to sell the products is word-of mouth,
referrals and recommendation.
The business will use direct selling and build customer relationship in order to
ensure that our sales forecast will be achieved.
The estimated budget needed in distributing our products will be Php 900.00 for
transportation expense and Php 100.00 for plastic bags.
