Production operation Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of 30 gas condensate production wells.

• Wells optimization, data monitoring and production integrity.
• Set Pipeline Integrity plan for all flow lines and trunk lines.
• Securing the well for work over and well Intervention activities and handover to wellhead
maintenance team.
• Investigate any up normal well operating parameters (pressure, temper, flow).
• Start up new wells and line up to production.

Process Plant Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant operations including: inlet phase separation, dew point controlling, low
temperature separation, glycol dehydration, glycol regeneration, gas compression, gas
metering, condensate stabilization, condensate storage and exporting station, produced
water treatment).
• Using DCS (Invensys Foxboro) system to control process parameters and follow up operation
changes in normal and emergency operations.
• Issuing work permits, work requests and approval of all plant engineering work.
• Ensuring safe working condition by preparing required equipment Isolation for maintenance.
• Set standard procedures for inspection, cleaning and repairing of equipment during plant
shutdowns and operation troubleshooting.
• Prepare Daily, Monthly and Annual Production Reports. And assets on annual budget
forecasting.
• Daily Contact With Towers, Pipelines, Process and Utilities Operation Teams, Down to
Supervisor Level for Exchange Technical Information and Solve Problems Related to
Operations.
• Preparing Plant Modification certificates and Provide Justifications for production Enhancing.
• Using Aspen HYSYS Simulation Software to Improve Hydrocarbon Recovery.
