ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
On December 8, 2018 the suspect, later identified as Kyle Wall, was involved in a road rage incident at 900 E
Pioneer Rd where he followed the victim to his job at 12702 S Fort St. Once at the victims job Wall confronted
the victim by taking a swing with a closed fist at the victim as the victim sat in his drivers seat with the window
down. Wall yelled at the victim "you are lucky because I could kill you right now." Wall missed with his first
punch but struck the victim on the nose with a closed fist. Wall then proceeded to run towards his vehicle and
the victim followed him while the victim called 911. Once Wall noticed the victim was following him Wall took out
a large sword out of his vehicle and began chasing towards the victims car with the sword extended towards the
victims vehicle. The victim put his car in reverse and Wall threw the sword at the vehicle. Wall then grabbed a
snow shovel from a closed business and began walking towards the victim in his vehicle with the snow shovel in
his hands. At that time police arrived on scene and instructed Wall to drop the snow shovel via the PA system
from our marked police cars. Wall proceeded to give his middle finger to officers and began walking away in the
direction towards his parked vehicle. Officers told him multiple times via the PA system to stop but he continued
to walk away. Wall eventually turned around and stopped. At that time officers attempted to take him into
custody but Wall resisted by twisting his body on the ground. Officers were then able to put Wall into handcuffs
but he began to spit at officers and threaten to kill the officers and their families. A spit mask was put on Wall
and he was transported to the Draper Police Station for further DUI testing. The sword that was thrown by wall
was recovered in the road on Fort Street.
