RESUMEN

En la Unidad Educativa Particular Adventista “Ciudad de Quito” de la ciudad de Quito,

se evidenció dificultades de los estudiantes en la asignatura de Matemática lo cual se
reflejó en el bajo rendimiento académico. Por este motivo en la presente investigación se
plantea determinar la influencia del uso de las fichas como recurso didáctico en el proceso
enseñanza aprendizaje de Ecuaciones de la Recta, en los estudiantes de primero BGU.
Para esto se ha diseñado un documento base y se aplicó instrumentos de evaluación para
obtener información. La presente investigación es de tipo cuasi-experimental, porque se
trabajó con dos grupos, el experimental donde se aplicaron las fichas y el grupo de control
en el cual se trabajó de forma normal. El enfoque utilizado en la investigación es
cuantitativo y con modalidad socio-educativo. Con el análisis de los resultados se
concluye que aplicar fichas como recurso didáctico influye positivamente en el proceso
enseñanza aprendizaje ya que el rendimiento del grupo experimental fue superior al del
grupo de control.

ABSTRACT

In the Adventist Particular Education Unit "Ciudad de Quito " of the city of Quito, the
students demonstrated difficulties in the subject of Mathematics which was reflected in
the low academic performance. For this motive in the present investigation there
considers determining the influence of the use of sheets as didactic resource in the linear
equations teaching-learning process, in the students of first BGU year. For this a base
document has been designed and instruments of evaluation were applied to obtain
information. The present investigation is quasi-experimental type, because worked with
two groups, the experimental one where there were applied the sheets and the group of
control which worked in a normal form. The approach used in the investigation is
quantitative and with socio-educational modality. With the analysis of the results it
concludes that to apply sheets as didactic resource influences positively in the teaching-
learning process since the performance of the experimental group was superior of the
group of control.
