    In May 2013, The Coalition For Change, Inc. (C4C) wrote to Chair, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission --Chair Jacqueline Berrien regarding federal complaint processing and African American federal workers employment concerns. The C4C sent the letter by certified mail, Nevertheless, the C4C did not receive a reply from the EEOC until THREE YEARS later. The uploaded letter, suspiciously manufactured with a date of 2013, was forwarded via email in 2016 to C4C's Tanya Ward Jordan by Director Carlton Hadden. The letter, which Director Hadden suggests in an email that the letter shown may have gotten "waylaid" came after the C4C expressed concerns about the enforcement agency's failure to timely and properly address employee matters. The present C4C UPLOAD shows a letter signed by the EEOC's Robert Barnhart with an envelope not on EEOC stationary, without a stamp that was never mailed --yet transmitted to C4C in 2016 in an attempt to satisfy our concerns of the agency's nonresponsiveness.
