How have I developed this competency during this course or professional seminar/field experience?
I was
able to effectively collaborate with other school staff members other than my CT relating to
teaching and learning matters when I participated in the music and drama class.
In
the music class I supervised and made sure that all students were listening to their teacher's rules. I
also
sang along with the teacher and students and made sure that everyone participated.
In a fifth grade drama class, I helped the teacher whenever she needs assistance in distributing papers
helping kids with project. Students did a survey on website about bullying. I had to make sure that all
or
students answer to the questions. Students need to be honest when answering to questions because it is
their
chance for people to listen to what they have to say. I helped students whenever they couldn't
understand
a question and supported them to stay true to themselves and not to be afraid to write what
they
feel.
It was fun participating and collaborating in these activities and I learned different effective teaching
styles.
Attach additional sheets if necessary.
