This is Part One of a two-part final issue of Global Awakening News.
After fifteen years focused on the condition of human social and spiritual consciousness, it is
time for me to focus on the transformational process.
Because of its value for those people who are involved in developing conscious community
and new leadership, the book, “A New America: An Awakened Future on Our Horizon”, will be
updated and posted as a PDF in its entirety at the PFCN website. An announcement will be
made when it is available.
Once this issue of Global Awakening News is complete, I will have little more to add to what I
have already said. If you have not read the previous issues, please do, they represent the
equivalent of a couple of books about topics hardly anyone has written about so directly.
I will send out short updates if there is something important to share, so if you wish to be on
an “A-List” for updates, please send an email request to info@pfcn.net.
The hundreds of pages published since 2007 at the PFCN bulletins site and at NES forums
covered the major patterns that are important to be aware of in navigating this period. This
was done partly to help others not become enticed or otherwise distracted back into the
deathly embrace of a dying paradigm and its system of control. While we may not always
explain everything in detail or in steps, the material is reasonably coherent and complete for
those who choose to read it with careful attention. Guiding principles for awakened new
community have been articulated as concisely as possible.
This issue of GA News provides some important updates and covers in greater detail various
topics introduced previously

Preface
A wide range of topics are covered in this two-part issue, from the economy and politics to
earth changes and spiritual awakening. We are attempting to provide a higher perspective on
what is greatly troubling to so many people and how things are likely to get sorted out.
What emerges from this present period will represent the next stage in earthly existence for
humans. The coming few years will involve great changes to the basic intentions and
fundamental awareness of humans everywhere. The possibility of direct connection to higher-
self and God/original Source will become reality for many, establishment religions will lose
much of their hold on their followers, officialdom will lose much of its hold on those they
formerly controlled on behalf of the ruling elite, and many who have no sense of spirituality
will find themselves asking for Divine help. The planet will be undergoing major changes as
well, from its core to the outer reaches of atmosphere and energy fields. While some humans
will withdraw, others will engage in various civil conflicts, and some will move into a state of
higher awareness and a new existence. All responses are of value to the greater process, one
way or another. It is a matter of intent and conscious choice as to which category you may
find yourself.
We are now in a most unimaginably changing of times and a stunning few years lay ahead.
Our planet and solar system is traversing a new region of the milky way. Earth is entering a
new zone of the Milky Way, as well as crossing the galactic plane where it will be exposed to
new energies for the first time. It is good to be aware and prepared, as one would living in an
earthquake or storm-prone area. For those who are more aware, there are the bigger questions
of the future of human species while coping with seemingly overwhelming human problems.
Changing planetary dynamics will give rise to major storms of all kinds. Major earthquakes are
forecast as well as volcanic activity that will contribute further changes for life on Earth.
Atmospheric and tectonic changes will contribute to massive flooding to inland and coastal
areas.

As the economic situation deteriorates, more exposures of deceit and corruption will filter out
to the public, including more of the truth to the endless wars, false flag events, corruption at
the highest levels, and the control over information.
Imagine the trauma and shock to many who will be discovering that their lives and those of
their family before them were based on lies and distortions. Consider that most of the memes
and values, which humans have identified with, are part of a complex web of deceit designed
to control humans to the benefit of a small group focused on global domination. Against this
background, some humans will be reacting, some cooperating, some in denial, some
withdrawing, and some transcending old limitations.
Those populating Earth from now into the near future will be dealing with problems more
dangerous than most humans have any notion of. This would include severe damage to the
mental and emotional states of many people, the lack of meaningful knowledge and skills
among those heavily urbanized, lack of social skills, damage to cellular biology from a host of
barely understood poisons and radiations, deliberate sabotage of water and land as well as the
food plants, urban and industrial zones that are mostly toxic sites, and so much more.

Reported dreams and visions of wars and natural disasters are on the rise. For those people
looking at this only intellectually, such inputs tend to be dismissed as a natural stress response.
However this is not our perspective. Indeed, while there will be an increase in various stressful
personal and collective impulses, the consistency and specificity of practiced “sensitives” is
more than can be ignored. There are various ways that intuitive or psychically-derived
information can be cross checked and at times compared with methods that exclusively
examine only the 3-d human world in the near future.
In addition to the growing number of online videos on 2012 and doomsday scenarios, a
number of major motion picture productions are scheduled. Themes related to 2012 include
the warning and judging of humanity by powerful aliens, solar storms, massive pole shift,
earthquakes, tidal waves destroying human life on earth, devastation by nuclear weapons, and

a mysterious planetary body or comet that threatens to destroy life on earth. Regardless of
intent or inspiration behind any of these stories, they will stimulate deep personal and
collective fears at a time of major changes in society and the planetary environment, along
with growing consideration of planetary contact with extra-terrestrials.
We cannot say for sure what will occur between now and 2013, although we have a general
idea. However, we do not know whether it will apply to everyone on Earth or not. There are
some credible sounding prophecies that have been published recently, all containing elements
of truth. But none can claim they are certitudes. We do have some confidence in this: a great
many will “know” what it is they need to know through their own higher inner guidance.

To help put into perspective the potential for reality to change, we offer this illustration from
“TimeWaveZero” software. Please bear in mind that a steep downward slope doesn’t mean
good or bad, just rapid change. If you are attached to what has been “normal reality”, then the
downward intervals could be very stressful.
The period shaded in the two main yellow vertical bars highlights periods of the extreme and
rapid change, although not necessarily apparent to mass awareness. The interval between the
first two bars is a period of enormous change from the end of December 2008 through mid-
2010 with occasional pauses and plateaus during which to briefly catch ones breath, so to
speak. The period from Dec 10 2008 through early Feb 2009 continues this period of major
change, most likely with greater effect on mass awareness.

A few additional points: From now until the early part of 2009, the possible use of nuclear
bombs or missiles grows. It is impossible to say whether this is connected with manipulations
of India and Pakistan, Israel and Iran, an accident, or false flag operation. “Nuclear” weapons
have been in use for decades and are still being used, including the dispersal of tons of
depleted uranium and the use of small-yield devices. Lastly, we are still anticipating some
surprises around the USA elections/presidential transition and continue to look for specific
indicators.
Social and political change will be the big thing for most people. For those more aware and
focused on the human community, the question will be what principles and far-reaching
purpose will guide their actions. In the ensuing economic crisis, many people will be obliged to
find new ways to get things done that are considered part of ordinary daily life. In one future
viewing, younger rubber workers took over a closed factory in the USA and were discussing
how to make tires, and make them better. It was decided by the group to locate the “old
timers” who could explain the details about which they lacked knowledge of. In so doing, they
also learned how to make more durable and less costly tires that had been suppressed by the
company owners.
Looking out to the period of the few years running up to 2012, there is so much change going
on. Some of it is looking very drastic from the perspective of humans on earth. People’s
responses will be what they will be.
What is most significant is the level of vibrational shifting going on, including unusual
phenomena, including awareness beyond the ordinary sensory range. For those people
focused only on material life, they will most likely “miss” a few things since it is not likely to
be on the 6pm news. At some point more and more people will “get it” and find more to
existence through their higher spiritual being.
Changes in Planetary and Space Environment

Mid-December 2008 was a “window” for major earthquakes, at least one of which was
expected to occur in the USA. These have been anticipated for nearly two years. There is an
additional window for this period extending into mid-January of 2009. Into 2009, ongoing
earthquake effects are expected as are a significant rise in volcanic eruptions and dramatic
coastal changes and inland flooding. One very reliable person is convinced there will not be
any major earthquake in the Washington coastal zone in this window.
(Comment: I and a few people who check in with one another on these matters have mostly had
“false positives” as to timing of this in 2007, as well as the expected solar energies for December
2007. We know that in reading something that seems imminent to 3-d, it can remain in the realm
of probabilities of an adjacent vibrational or temporal realm. It is my sense that something
significant has now shifted and that what was somehow “held back” from 3-d manifestation last
year is now free to show up in the physical.)
While there is no exact location and timing identified, there are way too many intuitive and
analytical sources picking up seemingly major events for December 2008 into early January
2009. The areas in North America to watch include the Pacific Northwest, Southern California,
greater San Francisco Bay/Hayward/San Jose area, Hawaii, and New Madrid-Illinois area. In
addition, Taiwan area, Hong Kong, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Persian Gulf areas.

From 2009 on, we can expect the development of new earth changes involving coastal and
nearby lower elevation areas worldwide. Over the past few years in future viewings, I have
seen the West Coast of the USA become inundated with ocean and waves. The tides ebb and
flow but keep rising. Not related to glacier melt, rather it is more connected to deformations of
the seafloor/thin crust areas that are related to changes deep within the earth.
Consider the rippling waves created by a pebble dropped into a pond. If you are at the edge of
the water you may not notice much of a disturbance. Now what be noticed from the edge of
the pond if a very large boulder dropped into it. One working hypothesis in future viewing is
that the larger and more impactful (on humans) an event is in the near future, those more
sensitive to these things will sense these events a few years prior. The closer in time to such
large events, the greater the detail that comes through. Given the rich and consistent detail
provided by many sensitives for such events over recent months, it would seem that many of
these events are now “on the agenda”.
As if this were not enough, storm activity is expected to increase globally. For those in the USA
who are wondering “what storms”, we would refer to the sudden storm events in the Southern
Hemisphere as well as the enormous cyclones/typhoons that have affected people on the other
side of the Pacific Rim. It would be reasonable to connect these increased storm activities in
2009 with the influx of new space energies, solar and otherwise. The predicted deep cold
winter weather has now arrived, along with much snow in unexpected places.
We need to remember that our planet and solar system is now beginning to traverse a region
of the galaxy that is very new to us. It is no coincidence that there have been several dramatic
discoveries by space scientists in recent months. (See link:

Humans are affected by solar and space energies in various ways depending on the nature of
the emissions and personal predisposition. Headaches, nausea, extreme forgetfulness,
dizziness, time and space disorientation, emotional stress toward upset or anger, are examples
that we have noticed over the years in comparing these effects with various people.
New inputs suggest that these energies will have tangible effects on some plants and animals,
including human physiology. In the northern latitudes it is possible to hear the hissing and
crackling of the northern lights. These new incoming energies may well generate widespread
acoustic effects in the atmosphere. During major solar flares, electrical conductors can
overload causing massive power and communications outages. If these new emissions carry
enough power, then it is possible that there could also be interruptions in telecommunications
and more.
Volcanic eruptions are being predicted by a number of different sources to be come more
prominent in the period of 2009-2010. Some will be triggered by earthquake activity, some by
larger planetary scale forces, including space energies that influence earth’s internal dynamics.
Coastal Effects
For a few years we have been aware of the high likelihood of planetary wide coastal changes,
initially due to increases in seal level due to deformations of the submarine crust displacing the
oceans. In future viewing these effects it appears as an inexorable inundations of tidal waters.

Tides ebb and flow, but the water levels keep rising. Earthquakes and changes to the relative
elevations of portions of land masses result in additional coastal and inland flooding,
occasionally with large waves. Additional effects will be connected to changes to the ocean
dynamics. This is also being forecast by Halfpasthuman (http://www.halfpasthuman.com) in
their linguistics forecast as something that will span a period of months, beginning summer of
2009. We have also noted what appears to be a portion of the Great Lakes causing widespread
flooding in the Midwest, possibly due to changes in the underlying geology. Recent quakes in
Illinois preceded unusual upwelling of groundwater that caused significant flooding. This may
have provided a hint of what could come.
Around the turn of the millennium, the U.N. estimated that 3.2 billion people lived in a coastal
zone on the average 200 km wide. In Asia there were estimated to be 2 billion (including
China with nearly 600 to 800 million and Japan with 100 million). South America’s west coast
zone has an estimated 40 million in a narrow coastal zone; 30 to 40 million in the Sao
Paulo/Rio de Janeiro coastal zone; Caribbean 200 million; Mediterranean urban zone at more
than 150 million; and in the USA, 200 million people if the Great Lakes are included; etc.
Imagine the effects of the flooding of these areas. In some ways, advocates of a global
warming threat have worked out some of these effects. The resulting diaspora of people
moving inland and to higher ground will place impossible strains on a fragile social fabric. The
pressures on food growing will be enormous. The potential for many deaths from disease and
other causes will be very great.
One response will be to heavily promote the global warming agenda. This in turn will be used
to push rapid changes in society – all under the direction and to the benefit of the powers that
be. The USA administration will be a willing supporter as will some of the practiced social
base, including those who identify with the new age/ new thought, global warming fear
campaigns, and a host of others. By the time people begin to catch on that this is all wrong
and that perhaps they are being manipulated for nefarious purposes, it will be too late as they
will have willingly or reluctantly embraced the final stages of global control schemes by those
who have worked toward this for generations.
Pole Shift, Tilt Shift, and Crustal Shift

We are including this topic now since it has come up repeatedly for me in viewing the near
term future, and has been the subject of various discussion, including movie themes. So it is
something for people to consider today since it raises so many profound questions as to ones’
purpose in being and relationship to planetary firmament.
There are many scenarios that various people have worked out, ranging from small (1-degree)
to large (90-degree) changes in the relationship between the earth’s spin axis and land surface
reference points. These scenarios include the possibility of the crust or lithosphere shifting
relative to the spin axis and or the earth core. (So Montana might come closer to equatorial?) A
rare few have addressed a change in the angle (tilt) of earth’s spin axis. The likelihood of a
combination of all these effects and major surface elevation changes is quite possible. It would
be such a major event that there would be little for the majority of humans to do that would
secure their physical existence. Some would head to areas with greater potential of physical
survivability, but there would be no way to predict how any locale would fare. Those guided by
their higher self would be most likely do well in the aftermath.

When this could occur is impossible to say. However, it is my sense that this could occur be
between 2012 and 2036. There are differing perceptions of the timelines that may govern
bifurcating realities.
In exchanging ideas with a few people who have given the pole shift question serious study,
most are of the opinion that when such a change occurs, it would happen fairly quickly,
perhaps in a few days. As I see it, there is the possibility of an initial period of small shifts that
eventually resolves into a larger pole shift. No one has a corner on these “future facts”. What
does seem to be in general agreement is the likelihood of a shift in the earth’s axis in the not
too distant future. Factors that may contribute to such a major event would include internal
changes to the earth, a major change in ice distribution in the near-arctic and Antarctic zones,
and the influence of space objects and radiations.
Perhaps even more reason to get our lives in good order, and find deep inside what is most
important to ourselves as spiritual beings and to our existence as humans.
You may wonder, is there more? A few individuals I know (myself included) have had future
views of the earth changing its orbit. I can only speculate what the circumstances might be.
David Talbot and colleagues developed a very credible analysis that shows that Earth occupied
a far different position in the solar system (see “Remembering the End of the World” at
http://www.thunderbolts.info/online_videos.htm as well as their other related material). Ken Carey,
in his book, “The Third Millennium”, projected a scenario looking out several centuries for earth
leaving orbit in his book Third Millennium. In it he described one version of a spiritually
advanced humanity.
Economy and Society

We address the economic crisis in a separate article in this issue (see Global Economic Crisis is
Not What It Seems) because of its importance as a catalyst for change. For those who are
focused on creating a more spiritually evolved existence, one free of the dark forces and the-
powers-that-be, being aware of this aspect of human reality can make it easier to detach from
hopelessly naïve hopes for “economic recovery” or “world peace” under the “matrix world
order”.
The final looting of the global populace is underway by a global plutarchy that has no special
national or political affinities. By 2011-2012, the world will be changing in ways that will most
likely not favor the re-emergence of what presently comprises the top echelon of the global
powers that be. They know this, and will do everything in their power to grab all they can
globally in ways that do not prematurely trigger social revolutions. We are in a period of great
uncertainty with regard to the planetary environment and the main goal of the-powers-that-be
is to quickly consolidate their control over natural and human “assets” in order to better ride
out this period of enormous changes to the planetary environment. Their arrogant notion is
that they will re-emerge as masters of the world.
Trillions of dollars have gone “missing” in recent years, transferred out of reach of domestic
forces and used in the construction of underground and other facilities designed to protect the
powers that be and those they bring along to serve them. Meanwhile, we see various branches
of those who would be masters of the world in competition with one another, like a mad dash
at musical chairs before the music stops. It is not likely that all of them will have “seats at the
table” when all is said and done. As one reads of financial losses, bear in mind that if you have

billions and you lose 90% of it, your still have hundreds of millions, if you have relatively little
and you lose half of it or more, then you really have nothing. Thus it is not a matter of absolute
value of wealth, but rather your relative position. Even more importantly, it is the net wealth
that you control, if through political or other leverage. So you see it is fairly easy to impoverish
entire nations and industries when the time comes to do so. And it has. When governments
and businesses are most desperate for more of the money-drug, those who have retained their
control will then dictate the most onerous terms.
The economic destruction is but one of a a number of artificially created and/or engineered
crises, including the “global warming” campaign. These were all developed to engender
greater fears of greater threats. All these do is mask the true nature of the global controllers
and their agendas and to engineer social memes to get people to passively or actively allow
“whatever it takes” on the part of the powers that be to maintain the illusions of “life”. Part of
this strategy is to install a sufficiently “popular” figurehead. This was accomplished through a
deliberate set-up in the USA elections that would result in only one candidate being
overwhelmingly preferred over all others.
Create a social and economic crisis, then create and set up a figurehead to oversee social and
economic restructuring in its aftermath. The USA elections were a set-up from the start with
absurd choices for the intermediate and finalist “caricature candidates”. This was a new and
brilliant twist by the-powers-that-be in engineering the national elections. It cleverly avoids the
problems of vote fraud accusations since an obvious enough majority voted for the preferred
“packaged candidate”. Regardless of who would be elected, there is nothing anyone can do to
prevent economic collapse. The new USA administration is being positioned to continue
existing policies relative to economic and military matters and most importantly, the larger
global agendas of the-powers-that-be.
In the course of the elections, certain imbedded social divisions were reinforced in such a way
as to set-up the possibility for social unrest as economic and other crises overtake people. This
imbedded potential is not unlike the differences that are encouraged within any country that is
the target of “hostile acquisition” by the global elite. Yes indeed, the USA is an entity that has
been so targeted. First comes the massive looting of what material and monetary wealth can
be taken. Another term for this would be the intensifying concentration of capital while
destroying what is targeted for destruction. Soon enough there will come a new falsehood
campaign calling for everyone to “sacrifice for the good of the country”, for the “good of the
environment”, etc. And then comes civil unrest that in turns leads many people into allowing
“whatever it takes” to restore “order”; and leading others into defending by force what they
believe to be their rights. This will be one of several trigger events for some level of martial law
to be put into effect in the USA and other countries .
The economic crisis has only begun and it will get much, much worse. Yes, it is an engineered
crisis, part of what could be called the final looting of humanity by the global elite who seek to
consolidate and focus their control over the world. More importantly, though, it is an “as

The domestic and global economic situation will deteriorate more rapidly than most people
would care to imagine. The effects will be uneven depending on local conditions and size of
territory. The USA will be one of the areas of the world to be affected the worst, and yet there
will be pockets here and there that will weather the crisis better than most.

From this December and over the coming few years, the economic decline will continue to
worsen. By mid 2009, it will be recognized that there will be no “recovery” as most would
equate it to a return to a previously known state of material abundance. The domestic cost of
goods in US dollars will rise dramatically for a period. Some will call it the start of
hyperinflation, however it is regarded, this will be cause much hardship, affecting the
availability of money, food, clothing, and other necessities. This implies more rash acts of
aggression that set up false conflicts between various people and the perception of “national
interests“
As the old ways breakdown, people will act, hubris will be seen for what it is, and decisions
will be made by those in power with terrible consequences.
Distractions and Misdirection

been underway that would allow the-powers-that-be to increase their control over a willing
humanity. The plan also provided for a gradual “scorched earth” policy as a failsafe in the
event the-powers-that-be and the dark forces lost control over earth and humans. The evidence
of this is before us: profound damage to food, animals, and ecosystems; to water, air, land,
and ethers; and to human cellular, mental and emotional functions. This is more than
arrogance of the uncaring and the selfish, it is something that has been and is deliberately

warming eventually became the preferred lead threat.
Manufactured “terrorism” and false flag events were also introduced to accelerate events. Part
of the process includes the deliberate challenge to and disintegration of “traditional” social
norms, to condition people to accept change. There were also modes of social programming
developed to attract and then control those most likely to “look outside of the box”. Most
people would accept some or most of this social programming. They would do so because of
the prevalent mind and meme control that has so brilliantly set-up a way of life and social
values based upon layers of lies and falsehoods so deep as to be impenetrable by 99% of
people.
Such is the “matrix world order”. It is this same social engineering that creates and utilizes
memes such as “traditionalism” and pits it against “modernism”; “socialism” versus
“capitalism”; and many other false dichotomies. Thus humans can be readily caught up in a
battle of words and wits, and when useful to the-powers-that-be, in military conflicts over
these artifices.

Fascism is capitalism with the functional merging of power of the state with the power of
private capital. How it expresses itself comes later. But millions of people fought and died in
WW2 led into believing that they were fighting the axis of fascism and that the axis of the
“allies” were the good guys, little knowing that the top echelon of globalists set the terms for
the nations and all were involved in creating this false dichotomy in the first place. Over all
this were various higher dimensional forces of the dark and the light.
Let us also be aware that the-powers-that-be are taking a risk by engaging in wholesale looting
and betting their kingdom in this process. They are already making some of their erstwhile
lower minions very nervous, especially since not all are guaranteed “safe passage” or “get out
of jail free passes” under the full protection of TPTB. As a result some secrets will come out
and some will find what remains of their “moral compass” and refuse to take orders. We will
see this occurring at many levels; production workers seizing plants; county sheriffs refusing to
enforce winter evictions; and high level officials breaking ranks and “spilling the beans”.
One big risk of the TPTB is that they are undermining portions of their system of control while
creating a new system of control to replace it. They do not have absolute power over people
and so they risk losing control during the interim period of “switchover”. They are also very
nervous about something they cannot control: planetary wide physical changes and the growth
of spiritual consciousness.
In the midst of the coming economic depression and social turmoil, there will be various ways
to distract people from shifting to a new mode of being. Planetary changes will be “spun” to
boost the profile of the global warming threat campaign. This will be linked to the economic
crises. The combination of these will be to persuade people to beg for and to at least tolerate
all manner of draconian measures that of course will mainly be to serve the ruling circles in
pursuit of global control. Oil prices are low now, but oil prices are also being used as economic
weapons. Eventually in 2009 there will be a large increase in the prices of petroleum products.
If you really need fuel or heating oil or manufacturing feedstocks, in the USA, there will high
prices - made worse by the loss in value of the US dollar.
If this is not enough, there are plans afoot to distract people with space exploration initiatives
as well as revelations of alien/ET contact that would favor the-powers-that-be. This latter point
will most likely be tied into general fear factors. Many, especially those in new age/new
thought/ET/UFO/tendencies, will mistakenly welcome the initial disclosures as if they were
actually the truth. But it will only be a more intense misdirection and disinformation campaign
than presently exists. Many marginalized people will come forward as “insiders” hoping to
cash in on the hunger for truth as well as people’s gullibility. Many will be no better than
carnival barkers, as are so many of these people already so positioned. All that needs to be
said about this now is “caution”. As more people wake up to their true nature, they will know
the truth about our reality. They will not need any external authority.
For the vast majority, conditions will become intolerable and with the concentrations of urban
populations who are engaged in heavily engaged useless and worthless occupations and lack
simple skills, the economic and other crises will be very traumatic. So much shock coming in a
few months that people in general will be overwhelmed and unable to process this in any
meaningful way. This is not unlike the problem of “shell-shock” syndrome suffered by
combatants in war.

The shadow side of human existence is coming into greater visibility for people. The
engineered economic crises are serving multiple functions:
• Exposing the pathology of the “controllers” of the global power elite and in turn how
their affliction has propagated to all levels of society.
• Speeding the process of organizing the next state in global government under the-
powers-that-be.
• Dissolving much of what formerly served to distract people (consumer spending),
openings occur for people to “pop out” of the system and take in a fresh perspective on
their existence. Naturally, those in the global controller centers know this.
• Thus they have numerous distractions and fears to keep people from connecting outside
their system: global warming, false flag terrorism, wars, movie stars, threat of a police
state, extra-terrestrials/UFO’s, the national elections, high-definition television, endless
sports games, the elusive “hope” of economic recovery, and more.
The level of corruption is rife at the lower levels as well. This is beyond officialdom, and
includes those whose livelihoods depend on promotional selling: Toxic foods, toxic debt, toxic
investments, toxic memes, etc., the list is endless. It is curious to reflect on the significance of
the USA having the highest incarcerated population per capita of any country in the world,
where torture, corruptions, and murder are routine, and that the vice president of the nation is
an owner of such private prison operations, as named in recent criminal lawsuits.
The “dark matrix control system” itself will be “pulling the plug” on large numbers of people as
its control capacity shifts to the next level of global control. The social, political, and economic
crises, soon to be compounded by changes in the planetary environment will trigger many to
reject “the system”. At the same time there will be many who, out of habituation, will
reactively grasp at what they can, simply to be reconnected to the old system. There is little to
be done for those at first, except to gently remind and show them that there are better ways to
exist. The question is how will people live? Most importantly, what will be the foundational
elements, core guiding principles, and what beliefs will people in a process of change value the
most?
It is up to people to be choosing for themselves how they wish to live and evolve. The events
we see coming in the next few years will cause many people, regardless of whether they are
spiritually oriented or not, to seek “higher counsel”, whatever that means to them. The failure
of the capital-based system and the dark forces is imminent and will only worsen and
disintegrate. Imagine the effect on this of a confluence of social economic crises and earth
changes. Thus over a short time so many millions and millions of people will be faced with
major life transforming choices, choices they will be taking very seriously for the first time in
their lives.
The foundational principles and behaviors that arise from these challenging dynamics will
determine much in the coming few years for a majority of humanity.
Changes in the Human Social Environment

With the deepening of various crises faced by humanity, so many who are concerned over the
wellbeing of themselves and others will find a deeper challenge: How to focus on spiritual
evolution in the midst of all this.

There are a host of problems and challenges associated with economic dislocation and general
social stress that have barely surfaced. As the crises grow, existing social bifurcations we have
described previously will become more apparent. Food shortages due to economic conditions
and changes in the planetary environment will become a serious matter in many areas. The
issue of forced evictions and homelessness is becoming a moral issue and a few county
sheriffs in mid-west states have refused to obey orders. The question of those who are
economically displaced taking over abandoned houses and commercial buildings has already
begun and is likely to escalate. This alone becomes a major challenge to the social meme of
the rights of private property and capital. Interest in urban gardening is growing and so are
food cooperatives. Prolonged unemployment will encourage many to find new ways to use
their time and skills. Social conflicts, between people and more so between upset citizenry and
officialdom, will grow and so does the potential for violent conflicts.
New economic activities will emerge, primarily as local cooperative efforts. New importance
will be placed on repair, salvage, and recycling and the requisite skills. Food growing and
distribution will take on new significance in rural and urban areas. Economical health
care/maintenance will come into conflict with establishment institutions. In some locales there
are home based or community-wide alternative communities emerging. (This is different from
land-based intentional communities and have much wider applicability.) In effect these are
transition communities forming within existing geographic communities.
For those seemingly trapped in an urbanized mode of existence, conditioned around

consumerism and mind-numbing distractions, it may seem a practical impossibility to
disengage from life in the “matrix world”. Yet it is possible to continue going through some
motions of ones income related activities, yet consciously be in the process of disengagement
and preparation for a new life. This would add new significance to the expression, “being on
the earth, but not of it”.
Exposures of the malevolence and callousness of those in powerful positions will further
change people’s perceptions. Deeply traumatic will be the growing realization that the basic
premises of their life have been lies, as has been their parents’ and those before, etc. Then
comes a realization that what they have been projecting for their children has been based on
lies they were conditioned to accept as truths. This is a level of social shock that can help
propel people out of the old ways and on the road to discovering and creating new ways of
being. It can also trigger psychoses on a mass scale.
The economic and political crises have been planned and engineered as a last rush to
concentrate wealth and power. This is all part of a larger thrust by the powers that be as they
engage in a final push for global control before “the music stops”. Some of “missing trillions”
have been used for secret facilities designed to protect the interests of the elite. No amount of
“show trials” or social turmoil can restore social and personal illusions, nor should it.
It is quite understandable that many would choose to “fight the system” while others will try to
create new modes of society. It is also very understandable that many would withdraw into a
quiet existence, some out of fear or worry, others out of a need to pay greater attention to
their inner being. For those who are called by their inner or higher self to consider there is
more to their individuated and greater existence than there is in this present human form,
these can be very challenging times given the strong attraction physicality and social life can
have.

The entirety of the old ways are based upon falsehoods upon falsehoods, layered so deeply it is
nearly impossible to ever learn the true details of events.
For those who can take a deep breath and consider the larger picture, what matters is what
one intends and does from now on.
To what extent will people recognize the falsehoods they have been living under and create
new ways of being with one another and this planet? That is a big question and an immense
challenge for enough of humanity to continue on and learn to evolve and grow as embodied
spiritual beings or not. For those who do not need to comprehend all this, it is directly a matter
of detaching oneself from reaction and fear and a matter of connecting to ones higher self and
Source.
Blame and Shame?

Not surprisingly, there will be a dramatic rise in reaction against those who have become
known as “the-powers-that-be” and their representatives. As elements of society look for the
source of the problems and look for ways to allocate blame and responsibility, there will be
much misdirection, both deliberate and inadvertent. Of course so
many of those who have much wealth and influence are trapped in the If all you ever knew was a

participation in the USA overall. And of course there is the “blame” placed on “Congress” and
the low quality of elected and appointed people who dominate government. Where does this
end?
Such blame and shaming can be extended to the oppression of Blacks by Blacks who were
complicit with white European slavers, the heritage of white Europeans supporting and
thriving from the systematic destruction of the indigenous people of North America, and on
and on. This would include nearly all racial, ethnic, religious, or nationalistic facets of
humanity that has found itself a focal point for conflict and suffering.
If all you ever knew was a lie, then how could you be held responsible for acting wrongly? Yet
at the same time, each is responsible to be able to recognize and acknowledge what is “unright”.
“Responsibility” in this context has a very different vibrational quality than that of “judgment”,
that is commonly associated with the concept of responsibility.
An informed compassionate perspective would see that humans, in so many ways for such a
long time, knew no better and were heavily manipulated from all corners of life and beyond.
Some would argue against this saying this is tantamount to saying humans are not responsible
for any of their problems, and thus do not need to learn right from wrong. Not so. Those who
acted thus and so are indeed responsible, but in a limited manner. If all people knew was to
drink from a poisoned well, get sick and die, and that they were taught that this is normal,
how things have always been, then who could they know better? They would be a product of
distortions not of their origination.

The ultimate in “blame and shame” comes from the dark forces and their human agents in the
religions and the new age tendencies. This lie misinforms that humans created the dark forces
and all that implies, including all the problems and ills of the human society over the ages. This
lie hides another lie, that is the claim that there are no dark forces, they are after all “servants”
of the true light. This is further extended by the dark positioning itself as representing the true
Light, imputing they are to be worshipped or acknowledged as true creator gods. These
themes are all founded on separation of Earth and humans and this corner of creation from
true Light. The dark need humans so they can feed off the true Light that humans carry within
them. This is something that the dark forces do not have direct access to. Hence their drive for
control over whatever they can of true Creation.
Recently certain popular spiritual figures have stated that if people do not put their full energy
and support behind Obama, then things will get much worse and people will only have
themselves to blame. Some of these people even paint rosy pictures of some miraculous
change over the world of human society including financial. These are all deliberate “set-ups so
that when things continue to fail and result in hardships, then a significant breakdown occurs
in the will of people. This in turn leads to a more thorough breakdown of every facet of social
cohesion, from personal relationships to the illusion of national identities.
While individual humans are responsible at certain levels for their intentions and actions,
collectively this is not the case for humanity, given the terrible nature of the control distortions
placed upon so many generations from forces outside of ordinary social reality. The vast
majority of humans contain the spark of Light from original Creator: it is this that the dark
forces most seek to capture and control. It has been the process of control and parasitism that
is primarily responsible for the terrible condition of humanity today.
For those who are looking beyond the veil of social miasms, the question is one of profound
intent, for their existence and that of humanity.
Real “Change”
Detaching from all the issues and problems of humanity’s present existence may seem nearly
impossible at times, but it is supremely necessary to do so.
While this presents a major quandary for many, at some point, ones’ awareness can
encompass these problems and begin to move beyond a state of limitation. The old ways
cannot possibly serve to propel one to a new existence, except by repulsion. Sooner or later
there is that which compels through a beckoning to something other, an awakening, a
reconnection to one’s higher nature as a spiritual being, and that is not limited by physicality.
There will be those who persevere with new cooperative modes of social and economic life.
Major questions they will face include direct and cooperative actions to address basic problems
of food, water, shelter, and other necessities. Those who have access to a plot of land and
good soil will find that growing food is not only a practical part of daily life, but an enjoyable
one. No doubt new types of food cooperatives will emerge. Some cooperatives will find ways
to take over certain manufacturing and transportation. There is much potential for
communities of people to creating transitional social economies.

To some this will be the start of a new existence. At first it will be challenging, but there will be
those who persevere in forming new types of community. Here the guiding principles we
articulated can help in the transition: trust, caring, service in a large context of connection to
our true nature as spiritual beings. Whatever the choices and actions people engage in, there is
so much more to existence than re-organizing the means of production and distribution for
greater social and environmental benefit. It is the larger context of our higher spiritual nature
that is beckoning for our reconnection to our greater self.
Humanity is a collection of “individual affinities” that get shaped, molded, and controlled by a
deliberate and self-maintaining process of “meme-engineering”. The people of the USA, as in
most of the “developed” world, are part of a social fabric based on myths and lies, comprising
a society based upon consumption, and overseen by a hierarchy of individuals whose first
allegiance is to “Mammon” and themselves. It is amazing that ordinary people will act out of
simple goodness and caring. Yet they do and all is not lost.
For all those of officialdom who refuse the unrightness of eviction orders against people with
nowhere to go, there are also those who advocate harsh “social Darwinism” and the right of
capital. While there are humans torturing and depriving others of their human existence, the
mass of humanity cannot and will not move ahead into a higher vibrational state.
Those humans who do vibrate at a higher level and who are called to spiritual evolution cannot
hold themselves back through some misguided “survivor guilt” or misguided “compassion”.
The solution for humanity will be through those who deliberately move into a higher order of
awareness and existence. They in turn become bridges for many more, and on and on.
Humanity’s salvation is through recognition and acknowledgement of all that has been
experienced since the very beginning. What is of value and serves spiritual evolution remains,
what is not of value and does not serve, must be let go of. This applies at the level of each
human as well as the collective of humanity.
Transformation
In the midst of chaos and systemic breakdown, something new is occurring that at first is only
noticed by those who are most attentive. Soon enough it will become more visible. Gradually
this will spread to more who are open and ready for a major change in their existence.
Around the end of October, we began noticing an aqueduct of corrective energies emanating
from the highest levels of Source and -- after much difficulty getting through – flowing within
levels of the human higher self. This “cosmic correction current” that has descended to be
near us is being processed through the higher self, clearing and healing the higher self, and
downloading into the human personality self while it proceeds with clearing, healing, and
“anti-dark inoculations”. It carries new “operating system downloads”, complete with new
light codes – and the capacity of Divine Grace and Absolution.

In the awakening, there comes the capacity to acknowledge and recognize all that has been
and that is of the human existence on Earth. As the transformational process unfolds, a quality
of Absolution occurs, granted by our awakened selves in re-connection with original Source. I
would call it “God-Self-Absolution”. It is interesting to reflect on meanings of the expressions:

“The Absolute”, “Absolve”, and “Absolution”. This process has many similarities to the more
profound levels of near-death experiences that have been reported by those who “return”. One
of the most dramatic is how very changed are one’s perceptions of and interactions with
“reality”. Another dramatic quality is the level of discerning compassion.
The qualities of this “God-Self-Absolution” are very important in helping a larger measure of
humanity “make it “ through the process and not become mired in shame and blame that
comes with only a partial and limited comprehension. This is discussed in this issue under the
section in part two on transformation and awakening.
Our spiritual nature and true existence remains an abstract mystery to so many people. It is
thus that they cannot help themselves as to their responses to the situations and
circumstances of human life. It is true that at the very least, people can take responsibility
whether their intentions and actions are for highest good or not. However, there is so much
ingrained programming and many forms of real-time programming, that it is rare to find
humans considering their world from an awakened or spiritually aware perspective.
The level of true spiritual response to the current process of breakdown and change will
determine much of the future of humanity and this laboratory for Creation that we call Earth.
Until enough of humanity becomes reconnected with their true nature and derive their
guidance from their spiritual selves, there can be no lasting solutions to the profound problems
of humanity. Meanwhile, humans will need to find ways to “get a grip” on themselves and
keep their wits about them. Focusing on cooperative community based on trust, caring,
service is one place to start.
Global awakening to our true spiritual nature is paramount, and yet it cannot be projected as
an imminent and automatic miracle for six and half billion humans who, for the most part, are
unable to discern truth from influence of the falsehoods they are living under. The process will
most likely unfold over a period of years: for some a few years, for others possibly a decade or
so.
It is my sense that those who can move on in their spiritual growth and evolution must do so. If you
choose this, there is nothing and no one to wait for, and one cannot look back. To look back is to
become frozen in place. The ripple effect of the forward movement will be of great service as it will
free many more who will “take flight” and enter new states of spiritual awareness that can also
inform ones day-to-day existence. The multiplying effects of the awakening of some, then more,
will have a powerful influence upon yet even more. It is what could be called approaching “escape
velocity” to new realms of existence. This is awakening …and more.

The “Rolling White Light”

Note: The “Rolling White Light” and the “Cosmic Correction Currents” are aspects of a vast
transformational process that is at work. For background to this, please see the article in the
Spring 2008 edition “As Above – As Below, Transformation and Ascension”. One of our valued
colleagues, John Crawford, has the following observations:
“For the past year I have been watching an event that I have called “The Rolling White Light”. I
called it this because of how I perceived its movement as it came down from The Creator to
this level. It had three stages in it as it hit each of the three levels above us. First it came as a
bright white light to a level, then after a short period of time it moved into a rolling white light.
Its motion reminded me of how waves rolled when coming into a beach. The third part was an
intense white light with healing properties within it.
I perceived it coming into this level, starting in late summer or early fall, as a white light. This
white light began causing instabilities in all parts of this creation. We are seeing it in the
turmoil that has come to this planet but it is much deeper than that. It is affecting everything
all the way down to the atoms and beyond. It may be that some scientists are seeing this
disturbance but not understanding its origin or effect.
The effect of the rolling white light is just now reaching us at the physical level. It has moved
into the levels just above us and caused much disturbance in the beings and essences there.
This has had the effect of having what we have called the “dark forces” to step up their
activities to cause as much destruction and as many problems as it can before they are wiped
out. Getting “wiped out” is only in their perception, and they are being given the choice of
accepting what they have done and what they will have to do to return to the light -- or be
reabsorbed into the great unknown. We will also have this choice given to us. Some of us will
choose to return to our source and begin re-embodying again. Others of us will choose to
make the changes necessary to continue with this embodiment. Whatever the choice we make
it will be an interesting time for us.
This choosing is also happening in the highest reaches of ensouled beings. Many of our guides
and creators will make this choice. Many will be and are being replaced with beings without
the stain of darkness within their being. Others are making the necessary changes so that they
can continue with their evolution and with the work that they came here to do.
When looking out on the white light it is beginning its “rolling phase” here but what is
interesting is what is coming after the third stage of the white light. It appears that the
descending white light was only preparation for what was to come. For so long a time, the
pure energy of Creator was not at this level. There was energy but it had been tainted by the
dark, or more specifically, by one or more beings that sought to take the place of Creator and
thus control a part of creation.
Everything that had been created below these beings had the touch of darkness or the taking
away a part of the light of Creator from each of the beings below their existence. Within such
“fallen” realms, many beings who contain the “spark of light” from Source became trapped.
Lacking direct access to the light of Source, the dark tried to control or appropriate this light for

its own purposes. As above, as below, we see this dynamic playing out today within the
human sphere of existence.
Now these beings are being replaced and the damage done to this part of creation is being
repaired. The descending white light was and is a part of this repair. The final stage is when
Creator at long last descends into this level and beyond with its pure light replacing the false
light that has been with us for so long. This is happening and is being seen and felt in the
highest levels of this creation structure and will move into this local sector or area sometime in
this next year. I am seeing about the middle of the year but do not know this as a fact. My
“seeing” can be way off as to the human time frame but I do see this as happening and it will
be so.
What this means to us here is hard to say. We have not had this level of Creator Light available
to us for so many millions of years that it cannot be seen as to what the effect will be on us.
Many will likely wish to leave embodiment and start fresh in another place or time. Others will
willingly accept the changes and move into the greater self’s that will be the new paradigm or
way of being.”

Is Not What It Seems

It is possible for people to develop new modes of social and economic interaction that lead to a
more conscious and evolved existence. It will take a severe breakdown and loosening of the hold
that the “matrix new world order” has over peoples minds and physical existence. It will also
require people to intend for themselves something very different than the false illusions that
presently define their human existence.
Background
First, a few basic economic concepts: “Value” represents labor and materials as well as factors
for perceived use or need. “Money” is merely an exchange medium of convenience and is a
rough indicator of the net “energy” of all value. Capitalists overlay these simple concepts with
its innate impulse to expropriate wealth from rents as well as the production process. Banking
creates “virtual money” from nothing at all. Speculation on future events has burgeoned, with
speculation on the outcome of speculations, etc. Today finance controllers employ advanced
math to find solutions to stated goals. From this comes a host of complex tricks that even the
people who gained through these means cannot explain how they work. Seemingly simple
notions of risk and liability are made into desirable “assets” and what ordinarily might be
considered positive qualities, while assets are treated as negatives. Built-in to this system of
plunder are countless billions of dollars of “bonus incentives” for top people employed in these
officially-sanctioned criminal enterprises.
Some people who call themselves “economists” describe patterns of finance and proclaim
various “economic “laws”. The fact is that these are not laws, as in cosmic principles, but
simply and merely descriptors of some (sick and malevolent) human behavior over a very
short period of human history. Increasingly, economic “laws” are shown to be irrelevant and
meaningless as the “matrix world order“ goes through a rapid and massive plunder of the
world by the-powers-that-be and their top servants. Entire sections of universities are devoted
to promoting twisted economic thinking and some top economists are highly paid to find ways
to defraud and plunder other countries.
At the very top are those who are truly in charge. They do not concern themselves with details,
only strategy, goal setting and negotiating. The details they leave up their highly paid and
publicly recognizable minions. One of the details has to do with the drive to accumulate and
concentrate wealth into the hands of smaller numbers of people near the top. Yet is curious
that the very top echelon are beyond considerations of crude wealth, their goals for global
control transcend more human generations than could be imagined.
Within the greater parameters of the agendas of the true controllers of global affairs, there is
room for mistakes, hubris, arrogance, and plain stupidity on the part of public officialdom. Part
of their job is to “take the fall” at times and those who play their part, usually are well taken

care of until they are needed again. Some majority of the public faces whose job it is to make
and execute policies really believe in the false premises and values and goals that they operate
under. They are still responsible for their roles, even though a spiritual perspective would see
that they are so blind that they really do not know what they are doing.
The USA is an entity that is beyond the total or averaging of its population. It has an energetic
identity as a nation, a major one at that.
A hidden truth of the USA is that, despite its early potential and subsequent “democratic”
concepts, its inception was based upon genocide, slavery, and the destruction of the natural
environment. The USA became an important financial, industrial, and military power largely in
service to the highest levels of the global powers that be, especially those largely

headquartered under the English flag. In the 18 century, the USA had the potential to
embrace women’s rights, reject slavery, and made amends for the decimation of the
indigenous population by the early colonists. The USA had the potential to embrace values and
inspirations of a non-religious spirituality. Instead religion was encouraged to become the
gatekeeper for spirituality and prevent spiritual principles from guiding the growth of the

nation and its population. By the 19 century, the destiny of the USA was cast that led to over
two hundred years of arrogant pillage of the planet and humanity by the-powers-that-be. Most
nations would never realize true national sovereignty. Like the “-ism’s” fostered as tools of
subjugation on behalf of the global controllers, “nations” have always been convenient
“notions” serving to control their respective populations on behalf of the ruling global elite.
The-powers-that-be never do not have allegiance to any nation, race, “-ism”, or other such
“notions”. The meme-engineering by TPTB is such that even those people who may notice
certain patterns will wind up arguing over the “-ism’s” and thus successfully mask the true
nature of the controllers. Wars are promoted and fought under the banners of various “-ism’s”,
with the most passionate advocates for each side never noticing that both are based upon
falsehoods designed to manipulate them into the very passionate behaviors they find
themselves acting out. Thus people will wind around one another in cooperation or conflict,
never guessing that regardless of the outcome of the efforts, they are all still captives of a
greater system of control.
A core problem is that humanity will do what humanity will do (and has been programmed to
do by the dark at many levels). At its current level of awareness, humans are not accessing
higher spiritual energies. Until enough of the old ways and attachments are let go of, this
cannot happen. Thus there is some responsibility on the part of humanity and that humans
must acknowledge what is wrong and learn why.
The invitation to immigrants manipulated naïve and honest desires for a new life and other
opportunity. That very drive for “opportunities” became an easy meme to manipulate. It
resulted in the expansion of the labor force at a rate far greater than natural population
growth. Today, the USA as a global influence, is controlled by the same interests who
th
engineered the major wars of the 20 century, including the financing and establishment of
the fascism and totalitarianism.
The truth is that it has never been about which nation won which wars and which ones lost.
The pursuit of those wars was fundamentally driven by the same interests that are driving the
final division of the world under a singular network of interests that are not motivated by the
nonsense of monetary gain. The USA now serves the global controllers as a vast supply center

for financial, technological, industrial, and of course human cannon fodder for perpetual wars
of conquest.
In the USA, the bulk of the population has been conditioned to be an eager enough participant
in this process. Even those who position themselves as critics ultimately are found to be subtly
supporting what they appear to be criticizing.
Part of the conditioning was to make sure that enough of the population had sufficient
financial ability to maintain a gluttonous level of consumerism and help maintain the illusion
of a growing economic bubble. Like everything under the powers-that-be, people are taught
more is better, growth is necessary and desirable –all sounding like the voice of cancer.
Given the level of sophistication in controlling peoples thoughts, ideas, and motivations, it is no
wonder that the USA public has seemingly gone along with this process. Mindless
entertainments, endless distractions, plus the curious willingness for couples to work full-time
and at longer hours while neglecting their personal growth and that of children, seems like a
successful behavior modification program at mass scale. This is part of the process of getting
those most imprisoned by the matrix world order to be willing participants in their own
enslavement.
From the perspective of TPTB, it is time for them to consolidate their system and move to a
final stage of global domination, before reality is turned inside out and they find themselves
outed.
We are now entering a managed crisis mode in which the greatest risk to TPTB is too many of
the former slave-addicts becoming unhooked from the system that made them slave-addicts to
begin with and spontaneously cause trouble for their former masters.
Anticipated and Engineered

First of all, this is an engineered and “fast-track“ managed “crisis”. In this regard it is very
similar to nearly all preceding economic “crashes” of recent decades, the Great Depression,
and the economic crashes before that. This present “crisis” is not due to some careless policies
or the fault of certain presidential administrations. The timing and “game plan” is considered
and executed at the highest levels of the global powers that be and implemented by
designated public figures.
Second, in anticipation of some major planetary changes, this represents the final looting of
humanity in the shortest time possible.
Third, the vast majority of economists have been trained to analyze “economic laws” and they
have sophisticated math to demonstrate. By calling these “laws”, these notions get associated
with other concepts like “laws of physics”.
All “laws” legal, scientific, economic, etc. are created by humans and are crude attempts to
explain various external phenomena. Economic “laws” are fairly new and mostly relate to the
rise of capitalism. They are only fleeting glimpses of general psychological behavior on the part
of various dynamic in the capitalist system.

Time is running out for this mad rush to concentrate and consolidate wealth and power
globally. The general “window of opportunity” to continue the present rate of looting and
diverting of vast amounts of monetary and material (real) wealth will be closing nearing
summer of 2009. That is not to say that ongoing expropriation of wealth ceases. To contrary, it
continues, but at an altered level. We are in the period of a fast re-shuffling, like global
musical chairs. Everyone in the top layers of control are now obliged to move as fast as they
can before the music stops and some find they may no longer have a “seat at the table”.
When this system terminates, as it is now, these “laws” lose their applicability. So as various
commentators refer to the economic crisis, most are referring to a crisis in the dynamic
mechanisms of the capitalist system. As a secondary consideration, the term “crisis” is both a
descriptor and fear-meme that hints at what is being experienced by the masses of humans
who have been tethered to a parasitic system for generations. The crisis can be directly
compared to the crisis of a drug addict who was tricked into getting intravenous feeding. In
fact many economic commentaries imply acknowledgment of this fact by references to
“injection of capital”, “fixes”, etc.
Be certain of one thing, while there are looks of consternation and many late night meetings of
officialdom, it is not that they are concerned over a crisis. They are concerned over managing
the risks to the process of looting they are charged with guiding through various bumps and
turns. They are concerned to minimize social unrest and repercussions that could threaten
their personal safety. They are concerned over even greater risks, some man-made, some
extra-planetary. But there is now “crisis” as if everything is out of control. It is only a fast
moving situation in which deals and alliances are made to benefit the top echelon agendas and
minimize social uprisings. This is an engineered crisis, one that has been on the “agenda” for a
while.
The global economic crisis and depression and ensuing social change that is forming will cause
many to mentally, emotionally, and materially detach from the old paradigm in every way
possible. Yes it is a crisis to those who are adversely affected by this. Given the popularity of
the Matrix movies, I will borrow from their imagery: The cords that tie you to the “matrix
world order” have never been beneficial, even in the illusions and lies of the post WW2 era or
any other period of artificial “nostalgia”. These cords connect to your energy fields as well as
your overall ordinary awareness. Like a combination intravenous and electrical cable, various
qualities of awareness can be stimulated or suppressed. The good news is that the “fast grab
looting” process underway is causing the matrix system to disconnect a lot of people. It will
take a while for them to realize what is occurring, meanwhile the vast majority are ill-prepared
to cope with this sudden “unplugging”. Hopefully the cosmic correction energies will help clear
some of the old enough to trigger some into awakening, rather than seeking reconnection with
the toxic familiarity of the matrix order.
For thousands of years humanity has been enslaved and controlled to serve the interests of
various overlords. At some point, the region of creation that included Earth came under the
control and domination of the “dark forces” and humanity found itself also under the control
of an earthly counterpart to the dark. The non-earthly interests were keen on understanding,
controlling, and taking what they could of the Divine energy of Creation that is within humans.
The earthly interests were more interested in using people in a process of primitive
accumulation of real wealth. The population of Earth grew and the means of transforming raw
materials and the efficient expropriation of wealth became more sophisticated.

Human civilization is based on the creation of wealth by masses of people and the systematic
expropriation and subsequent concentration of wealth into fewer hands. This began with a
sparse human population and primitive accumulation of agricultural and other surplus and the
(usually forced) allocation of a portion to local ruling lords. As populations grew, so did the
ability to organize labor and distribution and to funnel wealth in increasing amounts into a
small number of families. They would share some of this wealth and limited authority with a
growing layer of executives and administrators. As populations grew and the division of labor
became more discreet and automated, a techno-managerial layer was encouraged. As with any
hierarchy of privilege, those at the top most identified with those in the higher strata above
them. Thus TPTB could protect themselves further while maintaining the same or greater
measure of the control of the pyramid of layers below them.
The period we are now in results in those at the top deciding how much of the lower layers
they can afford to cast off without taking on excessive social risks. We will soon find more
disgruntled whistleblowers from various government and private organizations showing up
with insider “secrets” to tell.

Fast-forwarding to the late 19 and early 20 century USA, family farms were the primary
source of food for a growing population. Family farms began as a simple accumulation of
wealth in the form of buildings, machines, livestock, and crop surpluses. With the enormity of
bank failures, it was possible for larger banking entities to acquire property rights held by
smaller ones. This facilitated the conversion to massive industrialized farming and the
subdivision of agricultural lands into suburban developments and new towns and cities.
Through motivation of greed, self-aggrandizement, mergers and acquisitions, automation, and

engineered financial crises, wealth became highly concentrated under the control of TPTB and
highly leveraged to accelerate their agendas. In making such a fast grab to consolidate global
positions, it is inevitable that many of their lower minions will be “cut-loose” and that the
masses of people will experience the greatest difficulties. As humans begin to create new
processes and structures for a new society, the greatest danger and challenge will be to
identify and delete the toxic memes and habits that are the legacy of the “matrix world order”.
Failing to do this will result in the restoration of the dark patterns, like computer trojan viruses
and malware. Perhaps this time around it will have a new happy face of the new age/new
thought as a cover over to fascism.
The history and beliefs that have been imbedded in the human meme-sphere have been for
the most part creations and manipulations by both earthly and non-earthly overlords. Thus for
myriad generations, humans have been living under complex layers of falsehoods. The
realization of the truth of the September 11, 2001 events brings into question much of the
modern control order and for many can only be met by a combination of denial and stunned
disbelief. This is a type of social trauma. It is a deep social and personal trauma for humans to
discover that their ordinary lives and those of their ancestors and that of what they are
preparing their children for.
None of the foregoing negates the essential divinity and cosmic right of humanity to its destiny
as spiritual beings. What is required is a determined detachment from the illusions and
falsehoods upon which society is based. Simultaneous with this, a profound and focused
intention to connect with our true nature as spiritual beings first and foremost and to act in
accord with such realization is essential.

Between these much truth can be learned and applied to creating a new way of being among
people. There are no national or global leaders or organizations capable of achieving this and
none that are honest and true enough to make such a claim. It is only through the concerted
work of people at their living and working community that this can happen. Natural networks
of such communities of people can eventually constitute a new type of community that is
dispersed globally. As the old ways breakdown further, these conscious cooperative
communities will be vital in inspiring many to apply their example.

Note: The following is excerpted from a much longer document by Rudolf Steiner in
1919. He is one of a very rare few who really understood the dark forces. In place of the
term “Ahriman” one could substitute the broader term “dark forces”. It makes for very
interesting reading in light today’s situation.
… “Ahrimanic powers use all that is derived from old circumstances of heredity in
order to set men against each other in conflicting groups. All that comes from old
differences of family, race, tribe, peoples, is used by Ahriman to create confusion.
"Freedom for every nation, even the smallest . . ." These were fine-sounding words.
But the powers hostile to man always use fine words in order to bring confusion and
in order to attain the things that Ahriman wishes to attain for his incarnation. … If
we inquire: Who stirs up nations against each other? Who raises the questions that
are directing humanity today? - the answer is: the Ahrimanic deception which plays
into human life. And in this field men very easily let themselves be deceived. … For,

In this message we wish to give you some specifics regarding the financial and earth changes
that are now upon you. We had hinted at the probability of this in previous planetary
messages, but now the probabilities have become realities.
The main focus of our intent for this communication appears toward the end when we will
share what we feel you can do, individually, to ride the storm.
The Current Financial Crisis

Those who have created/sustained the dominant planetary economic system are now finding
themselves with their "backs against the wall." This is because the system, as it exists,is not
self-sustaining. It is a form of imprisonment and is not in attunement with the shifting
frequencies of consciousness that are taking place (albeit embryonically) on
earth. And so financial institutions are attempting to re-organize themselves. But this is an
attempt to perpetuate that which cannot be sustained. They are simply trying to
re-arrange cards in the House of Cards.
But their attempts will ultimately be futile. This is because the current economic system is
based upon greed, lies, control, and manipulation, and these thought forms, these
cultural paradigms, are not in alignment with the new consciousness that is arising. What you
are witnessing is the dissolution of that which needs to pass away, but that which
will take its place has not arisen, and so it is a very frightening passage for those marooned in
3Dimensional reality.
The financial situation is complex and interconnected. The difficulties currently experienced in
both the United States and England will affect the entire global economy. These will be difficult
times in terms of monetary considerations, but paradoxically these can be extraordinarily
uplifting times spiritually.
We anticipate further deterioration of the financial markets in the United States, Europe and
Asia. The corporate structures responsible for perpetuating the dominant economic
paradigms will find themselves on very flimsy ground. This will unquestionably result in the
loss of jobs, real income, and an increase of suffering for individuals. Our advice is
get to know your community, your immediate surrounding community, because as the system
implodes, it will be local relationships that matter.
Another element that makes this period particularly volatile is that your perception of time is

changing. Culturally perceived time is speeding up and more seems to be happening in less
time. This is occurring both for individuals and for the culture as a whole. This rapid
movement and changing of events shall become faster and faster.
You are entering a relentless pace in which your perception of time will increasingly
accelerate. Because your perception of time is speeding up, and the events within those
time-frames are increasing in number, many will enter a kind of shock, a state of disbelief.
Specifically, it is unimaginable that the economic system can deteriorate so
rapidly! What do you do when money is scarce and the things you are used to in your life are
hard to acquire? These are critical questions.
Collective humanity is at a pivotal point for it is at the cusp of new cultural paradigms—a
shifting from fixation on 3Dimensional reality into a realization of higher dimensions
and the possibilities that will be open to all as a result.
While such a shift of cultural awareness sounds inviting, the actual process is extremely
chaotic, which is what you are now in the midst of.
Factors of Novelty
As chaos increases, over the next several years, you can expect to see radical increases in
what could be described as factors of novelty. By novelty, we are referring to a concept
borrowed from your physics. We are not using the term as it is used in your mainstream
culture, which is essentially the mindless pursuit of that which is new and different to fill
in the void created by emotional desperation and emptiness.
Novelty, as we are using the term, refers to unintentional and unanticipated changes within a
system. These changes can be positive, negative or both.
The term, factors of novelty, refers to the phenomenon that incidents of novelty exponentially
increase as systems enter into a state of chaos. And the probability for chaos increases when
you have many different systems interacting at accelerated rates. Unexpected results and
situations, that were never anticipated or intended, can and will arise. As novelty increases
worldwide, it will create mental and emotional strain for many individuals—primarily due to
the fact that the paradigms that they have used to navigate through life will be (and are)
dissolving right before them.
As difficult as these times are, and as difficult as they will be in the near future, there is an
evolutionary catalyst within all of this.
New ways of thinking and new ways of generating resources have to be created if humanity is
to survive. The old ways simply cannot continue. This is because they are not self-sustaining;
they are intrinsically damaging to life; they are based upon lies and manipulation, and they are
out of alignment with the new spiritual energies that are entering the scene. Nevertheless,
those who have created and sustained the lies are doing everything in their power to keep the
House of Cards intact.
Your evolutionary opportunity in all of this is to pass through the storm by living
(metaphorically speaking) in the center of the hurricane—the eye of the storm—where it is
calm. We will offer some suggestions for this in a moment, but let us turn our attention to the

Earth Changes, for they are upon you.
In previous communications we said that the melting of the polar icecaps and the glaciers
would accelerate faster than scientists anticipated, and indeed, this is the case. This shall
continue to accelerate and the models of weather generated by computers will not accurately
predict the changes. Like everything else upon your earth, all changes shall accelerate. From
our perspective we see an increase in the intensity of hurricanes, and we see them arising in
times when they do not traditionally occur. There will be an increase in tornados and aberrant
weather. Alterations in the cycle of the seasons (where fall and winter patterns occur in spring
and summer and vice versa) will continue to escalate. Plants and animals that have based their
life rhythms upon these seasons shall be increasingly confused. Due to these and other
climatic changes (as well as earthquake and volcanic activity), we anticipate increasing food
and water shortages over the next two decades.
Another critical element in this evolutionary stew is the upcoming Presidential elections in the
US. For better or worse this Office affects not just the United States, but also the entire world,
and while there are differences between the two camps, in some fundamental areas they are
the same. Those who pursue the Office (from within the ranks of the two major political
parties) may indeed have their personal visions of what America and the world can be, but
they are like pawns on a chessboard, and the ones who move the pawns are largely unseen.
Unfortunately, their agenda is not the health and well-being of the United States, nor of the
world. Their agenda is the consolidation of power. And the confinement and imprisonment of
the human spirit that results from their blind pursuit of earthly power does not concern them.
An unprecedented collision of forces is now upon you. The economic and political situations,
conjoined with earth changes are creating a crack in the facade. This facade is nothing less
than the cultural, economic, political, and religious illusions and delusions that people have
"bought into." More and more individuals will see through the lies, simply because things will
fall apart. The curtains that were hiding the lies will fall. This is not a graceful process. But the
old ways of being and doing must come to an end, in order that new ways can take root.
It shall be increasingly difficult to perpetuate the old world in the same ways it has been
perpetuated. And by this we mean both the old world of your civilization and the old
world of your own personal lives. As the wave of spiritual evolution accelerates, those who
insist upon living in the old paradigms will find it increasingly difficult. Fear and paranoia will
be the tone of the day, from the minutest aspects of personal life to international relations.
This "tug of war" between that which wishes to remain locked in place, tugging against those
forces that wish to open the world to new possibilities shall indeed become a surrealistic
experience.
The evolutionary pressures upon individuals and society are extraordinary, and those
individuals who are less centered (psychologically imbalanced) may experience an increase in
irrational behaviors. Many countries around the world are already seeing a rise in irrational
acts and unusual crimes.
Escape Velocity
We have spoken about it on numerous occasions, and although it is very simple, it is a
powerful ally. Your word for it is appreciation and what we mean by this is the ability to
appreciate the smallest things in your life as well as the large things.

Appreciation is a fascinating vibrational field with multiple effects. As you watch your
economic system go through its metamorphosis, as you watch earth changes increasing and
the stresses upon those around you escalating, including the escalation of stress on yourself,
remember the doorway of appreciation. All you have to do is step into this field and the
disturbances around you will be less able to effect you negatively. The situations you are
dealing with might not change, but your emotional response to them will be of a higher order.
And you will be more resourceful in how you deal with the challenges you are facing.
Were we to describe, in detail, the probable future in terms of negative events, it would be
overwhelming. That is not our intent, and so we will not discuss it. What we wish to discuss is
escape velocity. How do you escape the negative, imprisoning forces that continue to confine
you and the human spirit? The most efficient and simple way is to cultivate appreciation—as
ridiculous as that may sound in the face of the immense challenges facing your earth.
Appreciation is a key that will unlock the doorway to the new world, even as the old world
dissolves and falls apart, as it must.
As the spiritually driven evolutionary forces increase, and the rip in the fabric of your
civilization becomes clear to more and more individuals, there will be a tendency for those
who are fixated on 3Dimensional reality (without access to the higher dimensions of
themselves) to enter into a state of mental and emotional shock, a kind of numbness. You can
recognize these numb people because they will walk and talk like normal, but they are like
zombies, half aware, half alive. Have compassion for these individuals because they are caught
between the old world that is passing away and an uncertain future that has yet to be born.
Have compassion, yet be wary of them. Do not let them seduce you into their numbness and
fear.
If you learn to live in appreciation, you will enter a domain, a vibration that will carry you
through the chaos of these times. You will find a type of solace and comfort, and the
vibrational rate of your energy body will increase. At some point you will reach what we call
escape velocity. You will easily step out of the illusions and the lies of the old world. You will
see them for what they are, and you will become a joyous co-creator of a new world that is
being birthed even as the old world passes away right before your eyes.

Kenyon
When the Hathors gave me this particular planetary message there was no hint that the Wall
Street fiasco was coming. At least I hadn't heard about it, let's say that.
I am amazed at how quickly things are changing and I have to acknowledge that the Hathors
were bang on (once again).
When I was in the eighth grade, my algebra teacher would always introduce a new section of
the curriculum with a slight grin on her face. She would look down at the book and then up at
the class with these words—"it's going to get worser before it gets better."
I think that's what the Hathors are saying here as well. We are all in for a heck of a ride. But
the strange thing about collective mayhem is that there are always islands of sanity,
solace and comfort. I agree with them that we must find this within ourselves, and I agree with

them that it is probably a good idea for us to get to know our neighbors.
As usual, the Hathors emphasize the importance of appreciation. They say at one point that we
need to cultivate appreciation for the small things in life, not just the big. And as they have said
previously, we need to learn how to create this feeling in the moment without having a specific
reason to be happy.
That may seem odd to some, choosing to experience appreciation when nothing has happened
to make us feel that way. But essentially what the Hathors are saying is that appreciation is a
specific vibration of consciousness and when we are in that vibration we are elevated. And I
suspect that such skills as self-elevation (when many around us are in distress) will be an
excellent skill to have.
Like all skill building, repetition and actually doing it (in this case, entering into appreciation) is

beneficial way of experimenting with the state of appreciation.

As many of you no doubt know, the Chinese word for transformation consists of two
ideograms that translate as—danger and opportunity. There is no question that we are
entering into dangerous times. But there are opportunities as well.
The evolutionary question is: will you, me, and we (the great collective) find the opportunities
to create a new future for ourselves? Or will we get quagmired in the old world of perception
and belief?
If the Hathors are right about this, and I think they are, we would all do well to cultivate more
appreciation. Then perhaps, we will self-elevate enough to recognize that we live in an
amazing universe brimming with possibilities even as those of us in the old world struggle with
how to enter the new.

New Earth Summit: A Montana Gathering

This invitation is extended to those who are most called to be leaders in creating new types of
community and society that will be a part of the social-spiritual evolution of humanity. Some
of you receiving this have been involved in political campaigns, some in alternative
community efforts, land based or home-based, and in various other undertakings.
There are no “big names” speakers as this is not about promoting personalities or existing
organizations. This is all about you: individuals who are calling themselves forth to help build a
transition for people to a more evolved and awakened future.
Alex Kochkin will be presiding over the weekend and selected participants will be invited to
give short presentations that address certain specific themes outlined below. This is perhaps
the only opportunity for a group like this to meet in person. It will be important to maintain
contact with one another following this event. With a large enough number of participants, a
dedicated facilitator may be invited.
A short background summary for Alex is included in specific invitations. He has decades of
experience in social science, technology, business, government, esoteric matters, and much
more. A more detailed version will be prepared for those attending, as well as backgrounds on
other participants.
Major topics or themes include:

• Overall situation in the USA and the world and where events are most likely headed.
• Principles of awakened, conscious community and how to apply them.
• Examples of meme engineering used control the thinking process and limit awareness,
how to recognize these language patterns, how to counter them in your own work.
• Truth speaking to groups, truth speaking to power
• What is the substance and purpose of this “new leadership”? How it can help people
prepare their own transition from a dysfunctional system to one based on evolved
principles.

Agenda
Prior to the event a selection of articles and papers will be circulated by email to all confirmed
participants. These will include background and presentations by each of the participants.
Prior to the gathering, the private discussion forum will be opened up to those confirmed to
begin the process of introduction of each person and their ideas and insights. The result will be
a more productive gathering and efficient use of time.
• Friday afternoon introductions, opening presentation with Q&A, and discussion of

Saturday and Sunday.
• Saturday 11-5pm breakfast, dinner, and evening open
• Sunday 11-5pm breakfast, dinner, and evening open
• Monday departures (or late Sunday for those who cannot stay into Monday.
If there is enough interest to hold a mid-day Monday session, provision will be made.
When this event ends, it will be important that participants maintain contact with one another
to be share ideas and insights and to be of solid and meaningful support to one another. A
password protected discussion forum will be set-up under NES Forums to help facilitate this
process and Alex will be available for ongoing dialogue by phone and email.
This allows participants a great deal of unscheduled time to freely interact with one another.
The cost is approximate as it is based on the number of people participating. We are not
expecting to make money from this event, only cover costs. What comes after this gathering
will be up to those participating to follow-through on.
The location will be at a Missoula, Montana hotel. An international airport is nearby as well as
interstate highway Route 90. Once confirmations are received, hotel details will be made
available.
Each participant will be required to provide written background on themselves, to include

professional background, summary of special skills and abilities, and an essay on their
personal calling relative to creation of new way for human to be with itself and the planet.
A short questionnaire will also be prepared that covers specific points.
In the interests of free discussion and sharing, no recording of the discussions will be allowed.
We considered this 3-day retreat in Montana as very important for people from all locales to
gather and explore what awakened new community means in the context of the great changes
that are coming. This is also an opportunity to discuss mundane and practical matters as well.
Hopefully this would be of value and may help seed the new work. This gathering would also
provide mutual support for one another, as each engages in unique work from their locales.

Global Awakening:
Vision Statement from 1997

Global awakening means individuals becoming aware of and embracing their
true nature and destiny as embodied spiritual Beings. This truth goes beyond
the limitations of historical beliefs concerning self, time, space, and matter.
This realization concerns remembering who and what we are beyond the
ordinary considerations of self as well as activating new dimensions of Being
never before realized. The vastness of this destiny is such that it can only be
known as it creates itself.
Global awakening acknowledges the approaching end of humankind’s felt

separation from Spirit and Source. Increasing numbers of people throughout
the world are experiencing higher levels of consciousness in ways without
precedent. This awareness, which goes beyond all the religions and doctrines
of history, is of the universal Divinity within all and is part of All that Is. It is
a state of full consciousness.
Earth-based experience has served as an intense practice of both separation

and longing for Oneness. This is now being resolved and integrated into a
new experience of both Unity and Diversity. Unity refers to Oneness of all of
creation, diversity refers to the uniqueness contributed by each of us. As
more people feel their connection with each other and with all of Creation, we
see this awakening unfold.
Like a seed that has found a nourishing environment, a new type of human
being is emerging, connected by universal love and spiritual awareness. New
potentials are being activated within humankind. As in the birth of any new
species, our very cellular material is changing to accommodate new energy
patterns or inner Light. The cells of our matter are encoded with unlimited
potential.
A marriage between heaven and earth, between spirit and matter, is giving
birth to something new and wonderful. It means new possibilities for human
existence, a new vibration for Earth, and new possibilities for all of Creation.
Creation is re-creating Itself.
