Q 1) Introduce the concept of Ethics in Business as part of your Introduction.

 Business ethics is considered as one of the subdivisions of ethics which is in the


form of applied ethics or professional ethics, that examine the ethical
principles and morals and also the ethical problems that ca arise in a business
environment
 Business ethics is considered as the accountability of both the executives and
the workfare
 Business ethics is the strategies to the investors
 It is considered as a factor to improve a corporation’s status
 Business ethics is considered as the submission of moral verdicts to the
corporate undertakings
 Corporations that disclose and endorse the robust business activities business
encryptions of integrities are further considered to be wealthy in the extended
path.
 Every association is considered to own a moral conduct.
 Some of the prerequisites of business ethics are: Attention of the industry,
improved dealings with civilization, compensations to both corporates and
civilizations and the purchaser’s souk
 Benefits gained by organizations by the setting up of business ethics are
considered to be as the following: Benevolence, productivity, successful
anxiety is guaranteed on the business practices, sustainability and the security
from the lawful standpoints.

Q 2) What should Ibrahim do – Analyse the issue of Ethics and Personal survival in
such action.

 Assortment issues: An ethical response to the assortment is considered to


begin with recruitment of the diverse work force, enforcement of the equal
opportunity in all the training programs provided and is also considered to be
fulfilled when all the employees are able to lead or experience a respectful
workplace working environment which values the contributions made by
them. Maximisation of the value of each of the employees contribution is
considered to be the key element in the success of a business.
 Domination and obedience issues: All the business are considered to fully
comply with the government rules, environmental laws, federal and state
safety regulations, all applicable civil right laws and the fiscal and monetary
reporting statutes
 Verdict creating issues: The ethical managerial out frame is considered to be
a convenient method for the discovering of the ethical dilemmas and also
classifying the ethical ways of act. It is to be noted that the ethical managerial
process must be focusing on shield worker and the consumer privileges, also
making sure that all the business activities are fair and justifies, should carry
the common good and make sure that the individual’s values and beliefs are
protected.
 Central issues: Some of the most central or the important ethical issues that
a business might face are trust and integrity. Integrity can be understood as
the process of conducting the business activities with honesty and
commitment of treating each customer uniformly and fairly. A good
relationship between the organisation and the customer is considered as one
of the key factors for the success of an organisation.

Q3) Who can be faulted? GM or VP or the customers? State your reasons

Both the VP (Mr. Amit) and GM advised Ibrahim not to create an issue out of it as there
was no issue reported as such till that time to the authorities. Also they mentioned that
one should be so much emphasized on the theoretical guidelines, the practice of which
may be difficult at times and can hurt the business operations. He also advised Ibrahim
that he doesn’t have to follow these kind of practices as he is against these and also not to
supervise or monitor what other supervisors do. Amit mentioned that he has had
knowledge on these kind of practices and said that it was more kind of an exception than
the routine and also 98% of the orders followed the two days moratorium of the closement
of the place for the two days after clean up. Ibrahim was very much tormented about this
issue. One way he is paid well and was not forced to do anything, which is considered to
be illegal, but then he was a part of the company which covers such kind of practices under
the carpet. He felt that this can harm the clients and the customers for a long run.

 Invention is considered as one of the important signs as the ability to solve problems
arising and also to overcome obstacles which arises as part of non-routine nature.
 Cross functional thinking is necessary as the work force must be reflected to matters
outside their functional areas. Existence of talents to see how the parts of the
association role as an entire for the effectiveness of general manager
 Being strong outside is considered as one of the standpoints. The woke forces can
distinguish what is scheduled outside their organisation.
 Extended rational period prospects allow worker to experience the current economic
year and expect possible matters and the chances which are yet to come.

Q4) Can there be an alternate to solve the issue without hitting the company?

There are no alternatives that are considered to solve the issues without hitting the
company. The one thing that the company ca do is that they can develop or improve the
existing talents in the organisation. Also they can initially do the listing down of all the
existing alternatives that appears. After that do the evaluation on them without prejudice,
no matter what appealing or distasteful it is. Considering all the criteria after, though a
proper answer may be good enough to solve the issue but it might not grind if the capital
is not accessible and if the person is not receiving it. Also, choose the finest substitutes.
Always not try to reflect any alternate as faultless answer. Consider each person’s
perception. Final step is to do the cooperation.
