Ayodeji O'Deji ESQ. Chief Execu ve Officer
Ayodeji has over the years proven himself to be a
consummate entrepreneur with vast knowledge
of Informa on Technology, Energy, Oil & Gas and
Solid Minerals industry. Over the past 15 years
he has built a track record of proven success in a
number of start – ups including So Quest
Systems Ltd which he co-founded and nurtured
to be one of the leading indigenous ICT
companies in Nigeria. His project management
experience, leadership capabili es and high
value network has uniquely posi oned him to
leverage his previous experiences developing
the Renewable Energy industry in Nigeria where
Protergia is one of the most promising
enterprise.
Akinwale Aboyade PhD, Technical Director
Wale is a clean technology engineer with a
passion for sustainability engineering. He has
more than 10years experience in energy and
environmental engineering
research/development. Wale has been involved
in different type of renewable project
development at various scales. The latest of
these include a 2 ton/day pilot biogas plant and a
300kW roo op PV system in Johannesburg. He is
currently involved in developing a bankable
feasibility study for a 100MW plant in the
Kwazulu-Natal region of South Africa, owned by
the University of Johannesburg. He was also
responsible for implemen ng solar irradia on
monitoring systems at 2 different solar farms in
Nigeria

Jeffery Robile – Technical Advisor Bobby Kupresan – Technical Advisor

Jeffrey has than 15years experience in senior
engineering and management posi ons in
reputable organiza ons like Volkswagen,
Hewle Packard and the South African
Department of Energy. At the DoE, he was
Programme Director in charge of the DoE/CEF
5GW solar park corridor project. More recently,
he is the CEO of Sunelex, a renewable energy
project development company with more than
200MW por olio of projects. Before that he was
the Group CEO of Lesedi and Letsasi Power
companies, two solar PV SPVs under the 1st
round of SA's renewable energy procurement
programme. As Group CEO of these companies
he successfully oversaw the construc on
commissioning and commercial opera ons at
Bobby is Registered Professional Engineer
with25 years of wide ranging experience, from
aircra industry, to power distribu on and
protec on, substa on automa on, control
systems and communica on, engineering risk
assessments, safety systems and nuclear
controls design. His recent renewable energy
related ac vi es include: Design of 2.5MW grid-
e solar plant and balance of Plant (BOP)with
Reutech. BOP design and technical consul ng
for Schmitsdri 30MW and Touwsrivier 36MW

Azuka Ogundeji - Company Secretary

Azuka holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria (1998) and an LL.M in Interna onal Business Law from
the University of Leeds (2010). Prior to proceeding to the UK in 2009 for her LL.M, she had spent the first
few years of her career in Legal Prac ce where she was involved in core li ga on and commercial legal
prac ce first in Warri and then Lagos. She was later to join the Legal department of First Inland Bank
(now FCMB Plc) in 2007 where she worked ll 2009. In the past 5 years Azuka has worked in several
capaci es within the power sector thereby making her to be one of the most versa le Power &
Renewable Energy policy and legal consultant in Nigeria today. Before joining Protergia, Azuka was the
Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Zuma Energy Nigeria Limited (an independent Power Project
