I. Kindly explain in detail the importance of the position to be filled in by your potential
candidate in terms of:

 Purpose (Internal)
o It is to support in making sure that there will be people to realize the goals
of NBCC effectively in an ideal way. This position also supports in developing
the growth of the officers and staff internally and externally for their distant
careers and missions.

 Main Function (external)


o To assist the HR Head in supervising the working relations of all the people
inside the committee and formulating program to boost the effectivity of
the officers and staff. He / she functions as secretary of cases related to all
blessed children in matters relating to grievances, disputes, and disciplinary
actions. He / She will also closely work on yearly recruitment

 Role and other responsibilities (Scope)


o He / she is an elder BC that shall be a model for all blessed children in the
Philippines
o He / she will assist the committee as a whole in realizing its vision and
mission
o A proxy of the Head In case unavailability for meetings

 Workload (expected working intensity and time)


o This position will be stressful in matters of disputes. It may demand to travel
to nearby cities of province for completing a task.
o It might take late night hours of beating deadlines especially during
recruitment period

I. Minimum requirements of an Associate (1 – 7):


a. Must be willing to Work in Metro Manila and nearby provinces
b. Must be 18 years old and above
c. Has been active in church for at least 1 year
d. Parents gives approval for working in NBCC
e. Sufficient budget for travelling and meals
f. FFWPU member (whole member of the family)
g. Has Phone / computer / laptop to use for work
II. Preferred Qualifications (1 – 5):
a. Fluent in English
b. Have joined at least 21 days workshops or international workshops
c. Has good interpersonal skills
d. Tech savvy
e. Has psychology or management background

a. Communication (Delivery of messages / instructions)
i. Do you know how to tie your shoelaces? If so, can you tell us step by step how
you tie your shoe without showing it.

i. We had one bonding event by a certain district. Participants are composed of BC
from FFWPU, Sanctuary, and GPF. Now, unfortunately parents were not
informed that it was open for other groups and they seek clarifications from the
organizer. Looking in this situation, what comes into your mind.

c. Colleague engagement (Working relation)


i. What was the hardest experience for you in working with your classmates in a
Project? How did you deal with the matter? Would you have done better, what
is it?

d. Innovation and change management (Flexibly and adaptability)


Given that you have a project working on to be passed in 3 – 5 days and you’re
at 50% completion,
i. How do you deal with sudden instructions or Project that needs Higher
prioritization?
ii. How do you deal with sudden instructions or Project that requires lower
prioritization?
e. Job mastery and continuous learning (Competency)
i. How do you cultivate your knowledge on this field, and what are your plans to
help the department more competitive in the future?

f. Resource management (effectivity in limited resources)


i. Seuk Jun was riding a motorbike going to HQ for a lecture. Suddenly he felt that
the front wheel is coming off. When he checked, 3 out of 4 screws are gone.
Fortunately, he was able to arrive in HQ on time safely using his bike considering
he has no money on his wallet. What do you think did he do?

g. Results orientation and execution (Professionalism)


i. What was the biggest promise you made but weren’t able to keep? Please
explain why?

NBCC wasn’t still organized yet.
