might require a certified copy of the
document but that certification can not
possibly establish that the document has
any connection to the applicant.
When we are born Nature provides us
with arms, legs, fingers and toes and all
other body parts. Nature does NOT
provide us with a “name”; a “name” is an
artificial attachment attached to us
initially, by our parents, but that
attachment is only “pending”, does not
become “our true legal name” until we
reach the age of 16 years and make an
official “voluntary” application to the
State, for a franchise to use that name,
which in the meantime, has become
property owned by the state under
Arkansas Codes, Title 18-28-202.
We are taught in school that the 13 th
Amendment and Section 27 of Article 2
of the Arkansas Constitution both
prohibit involuntary servitude, and we
are also taught that everyone born in the
United States is automatically a citizen
by such birth. We are not taught that we
were born free and sovereign over our
own individual selves but, as the
Constitutional provisions mentioned both
prohibit involuntary servitude, how could
we possibly be born into citizenship?
After all, there is no denying that a claim
and acknowledgment of citizenship
constitutes an acknowledgment of a
superior political authority.
The Constitutional provisions prohibiting
involuntary servitude constitute an
acknowledgment that citizenship by birth

is totally impossible (there is no such thing
as an “anchor baby”. The “Anchor Baby”
ploy is required in order for the government
to hide the birth by citizenship scam from
those born free on this land).
So if we are not born into citizenship how
then do we become citizens?
At the time our parents create and register
our names they do not consider that our
names are valuable property or that because
they made up our name that they own those
names, but is the name “McDonald’s”
valuable? And does the McDonald’s name
have an owner who issues franchises to
applicants who want to use it to make a
profit? Who is it that makes a profit off of
your use of “your” name? Is it not clear that
such “profits” are taken by the State of
Arkansas every time you use “your” name
in any “official” manner?
Although it is presumed that your parents
created and registered “your” name there is
nothing on the face of the birth certificate
that clearly indicates who the creator and or
original owner was. Under Title 18-28-202
the State of Arkansas becomes the owner of
“your” name five years later (every state has
a similar law). Having been appropriately
indoctrinated in government schools, when
you reach 16 years of age you trot yourself
down to the local Revenue Office to apply
for your driver license and present “your”
b irth certificate w herein you are
unknowingly actually applying to the state
for the state to issue you a franchise to use
that state owned name. Of course the state
is eager to acquire another “voluntary” tax
payer so it approves your application.
The driver license part is just smoke
and mirrors to entice you to
“voluntarily” make the application to
use State owned property. The same
birth certificate presentation is required
of an applicant to be issued a state
issued ID card where there is no driving
privilege involved to obfuscate the true
purpose of the birth certificate
requirement.
When you apply for your franchise to
use the government owned name you
thereby agree to follow all the rules the
government may make in regard to your
use of its property, being “your” name.
You thereby “voluntarily” agree to
submit your self to every manner of
government micro management of your
life; to apply for a permit or license to
engage in any activity the government
decides it wants to regulate, always
with a fee or tax. You must apply for a
government issued license to marry,
and then submit your children to all
government rules, inoculations and to
send them to government schools so
they can be indoctrinated as you were.
Under the 14th Amendment, as a citizen
of the United States, you have no
protection under the Bill of Rights
unless the government allows such.
The most critical of those protections
are clearly applicable only to the People
of the United States.
“People of the United States” and
“citizen of the United States are two

entirely separate political designations.
The Preamble to the Constitution very
clearly establishes that the purpose of the
Constitution was to secure the blessings
of liberty to the People of the United
States and their Posterity, the word
“citizen” is glaringly absent from the
Preamble and the Bill of Rights.
A “republican” form of government is
where there are two political classes -
those who make the rules and those who
follow the rules. China, North Korea and
the United States are all “republics”.
Those of us born here on this land were
born free, as the People of the United
States, as joint tenants in the Sovereignty.
We, The People of the United States
have been duped and swindled out or our
birth right heritage by those who hate
freedom and liberty for the common man.
As citizens of the United States we have
no lawful Constitutional standing to
complain. The First Amendment right to
redress applies only to the people of the
United States, go read it for yourself!

The Truth About Your Name
Your Birth Certificate and
Your Citizenship
Why do you have a name, a birth
certificate and, how is it that you
actually became a citizen of the United
States, and WHY? Are you aware that
being “a citizen of the United States”
and being “of the People of the United
States” are not the same?
We generally have no reason to ever
think much about these matters, we are
taught as children that our mom and dad
made up our name when we were born
and entered our name on our birth
certificate, filed it with the government
and that was all there was to it, nothing
all that special or significant, or at least
that is what those operating the
government behind the scenes want us
to accept and believe, but there is much
more to it than meets the eye.
We never stop to consider that there is
nothing on any birth certificate to
connect it to any particular individual.
If two or more 16 year old young adults
were to exchange birth certificates prior
to applying for a driver license the
Revenue Office Clerk would issue
driver licenses to the applicants with the
applicant’s picture and personal
information from the birth certificate
the applicant received in the exchange.
Revenue Office Clerks never ask
applicants to provide proof that the
birth certificate presented has any
connection to the applicant. The State
