PROMISSORY NOTE

Php200,000.00

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of CRISELDA

M. LAZARO the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(Php200,000.00), Philippine Currency, on the day the parcel of land covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T- 250992 subject of a Memorandum of
Agreement dated March 12, 2018 executed between us, is transferred and
registered under my name in the Register of Deeds in the Province of Negros
Occidental, to be paid at her residence at Lot 8 Block 13, Stone Heaven
Residences, Brgy. Granada, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

Failure on my part to comply with this promise upon the arrival of the
aforementioned suspensive condition shall subject the above principal to
interest at the rate of _______ % per month and should the collection be
made with the services of a lawyer, then the same shall further be subject to
20% attorney’s fees. In the event that a case for collection of the sum of
money above stated be filed, the principal shall earn further interest at the
rate of ______ %, plus cost of suit and other expenses.
