QNET’s Code of Ethics, Policies and Procedures and Professional Marketing Declaration

I, Mr. PONMUKILAN R, s/o RAMALINGAM T, r/o 50/8, PPM NAGAR, GOBICHETTIPALAYAM-

638476 here by state that I have started the network marketing business of QNET at my free will and with
complete understanding of the business opportunity explained to me in detail by Mr. KIRUPAKARAN P
,S/o PALANISAMY, r/o ‘2/194, SULLIPALAYAM, PERUNDURAI, ERODE-638057.

When presenting QNET’s products, services and business opportunity to a customer, the IR must, at all
times, adhere to and strictly follow:

a) Respect and adhere to the laws;

b) Provide accurate information about QNET’s compensation plan, products and services
and sales methods

c) Be accurate in any comparisons about products, services or opportunities

d) Refrain from any unlawful or unethical recruiting practice

 e) Properly describe the relationship between an IR and QNET (IRs are individual
entrepreneurs of their business, not employees, agents or representatives of QNET)

f) IR commissions are a result of hard work and ethical marketing in connection with a
customer’s online purchase of a QNET product/service; commissions are not based on
“recruitment”

g) Abide by QNET’s Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics and convey that message to
the customer

Furthermore, I hereby confirm that I am a citizen of India, of legal age and that I fully agree with
the following:

1. I am at least 18 years old and eligible to enter a business contract in INDIA.

2. I have undergone an orientation session (online or classroom) about the Company and Business
Opportunity, and I do not have any doubts about either.

3. By signing below, I certify and acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by
the Policies & Procedures of the company.

4. I agree to submit self-attestedcopies of the PAN card, Address Proof, Signature Proof, and Identity
proof within 30 days of registration under the Know Your Customer(KYC) requirements, failing which the
company has right to block access to the back office and commissions/incentives/rewards until such time
the documents aresubmitted and accepted by the company.

5. I understand that the company has a 30 DayBuy Back Policy (calculated from the date of receipt of the
product). I hereby agree that I will always inform customers aboutthis policy, with relevant conditions for
the same.

6. I will be solely responsible for complying with the Income tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax, GST,
Sales Tax/VAT, Octroi, LBT and/or any other local taxes and levies forsales of products and services as
may be applicable from time to time. Obtaining of all such licenses and registrations to run the business
as a direct seller from time totime will be my responsibility. The company will not be responsible for any
deviation and violation of any such legal/statutory requirement from my end.

7. I hereby agree that TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted by the company from the
commissions payable to me.

8. I hereby confirm that my referrer explained the Business Opportunity to me clearly. I also confirm that I
have registered willingly, without any coercion or undue pressurefrom anyone.

9. I am aware that there is no fee for enrolling as an IR, and that there is no compulsion to purchase any
products to enroll or otherwise in this business opportunity.

10. I understand that the compensation on sales of products and services will be calculated as per the
Compensation Plan of the company published on the company's officialwebsite, which may be revised
according to the statutory requirements.

11. I shall always commit and communicate as trained and authorised by the company and never mislead
or give any unauthorised information nor any competitivecomparison/advantage of the products and
services to the prospective customers/prospective IRs.

12. I shall not unfairly denigrate any other organisation, brand, or product, directly or indirectly.

13. I shall not make any product claims on my own and would share the information only from the official
publications authorised by the company. Also, I shall notmisrepresent the earning potential of this
Business Opportunity and shall always transparently share documented facts published on the official
website of the company.
14. I acknowledge and confirm that I will be, always, an independent, selfemployedentrepreneur in
relation to this Agreement as an IR, and will not, at any time, claim orrepresent to be an employee of the
company, nor will I claim any benefits accruing to the employees of the company.

15. I understand and accept that in case of my resignation or the termination of this Agreement due to
noncomplianceof any condition/s mentioned in the IR Application formand Policies & Procedures, I will
lose the right to claim commissions/incentives/rewards, access to the back office, and right to purchase
products/sales tools, etc., and Iwill not be eligible to get any remuneration from the company.

16. I hereby declare that I am not engaged and will not engage in any antinationalactivities, directly or
indirectly.

17. I accept the right of the company to reject this application for registration at its absolute sole
discretion, without specifying any reasons thereof.

18. I am authorised to enter in an agreement with the company and sign the Application Form.

19. I also confirm and agree to abide by such terms and conditions as modified or amended by the
company from time to time.

20. I understand that upgrade of systems and processes is an ongoing exercise and the company will
continue to work on the same, and I hereby confirm that I have read andunderstood the latest available
information on the company’s official website before signing the application form. I also understand that in
case of any clarification on thesame, I can write to support.centre@qnetindia.in .

21. I fully understand that if I do not agree with the Policies & Procedures, I am free to resign by
downloading, filling up, and sending the resignation form to the company.

22. I undertake to confirm the accuracy of the information by referring to the company’s official website
before propagating the same.

23. I hereby declare that the details furnished are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief,
and I undertake to inform you of any changes therein,immediately.

24. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue, I am aware that I may be held
liable for it and the company may terminate this Agreement as soon as thecompany confirms the same
and take legal action against me to recover the commissions, bonuses, and rewards, etc. paid to me.

25. I hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed and understood this IR Application and Agreement, along
with all the relevant documents, including the Code of Conduct,Policies & Procedures, and Compensation
Plan defined herein as “Materials” which are incorporated herewith, and that I agree to be bound by all of
them.

26. I understand that this agreement will be terminated in case of no purchase or sale of any product for a
consecutive period of 24 months.

27. I hereby agree to send in any complaints to the company on the official email address
grievancecell@qnetindia.in and give the company 45 days to provide an unbiasedresolution according to
the policies of the company before escalating it to the Department of Consumer Affairs or any other
government body.

28. I agree to receive updates from the company on my registered email address and registered mobile
number.

29. I understand that the personal details I have shared with the company, along with data regarding the
business, may be shared with the governmental agencies, if required.

30. I have completed the online form as an Independent Representative on QNET’s official
website and, in doing so, I did not use any false or fictitious name.

31. I have read, understood and agree with all the Policies and Procedures, I agree to comply
with QNET’s Code of Ethics and I accept and agree with QNET’s Earnings and Income
Disclaimer all found in www.qnetindia.net.

32. I have purchased product of QNET for my personal usage and not for resale. Purchasingthis
productdoes not guarantee that I will earn any commissions/income. QNET payscommissions based on
my hard work, performance and success in marketing activities.

33. In case if I receive any commissions/income from my cooperation with the companyand/or
itsbusiness, I take full responsibility of paying taxes from such income inaccordance to the current
legislation of India and I understand that QNET or its officialagent in India are not responsible if I fail
to pay taxes from my income.

34. I acknowledge and understand that an Independent Representative (IR) is not anemployee of QNET
and that all expenses related to an IR’s marketing activities are his/hersole responsibility.

35. I have been informed of and understood the rules of purchase from QNET’s online storeprovided
atwww.qnetindia.net and I use the services of QNET at my own will. Ihave chosen a QNET product
that suits me, personally paid for the order, and have received apayment purchase receipt that was
generated online as a proof of order and payment.

36. This is also to confirm that I, Mr. PONMUKILAN R, have transferred amount Rs. 1,10,000 (Indian
Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand Only) through to Mr. KIRUPAKARAN P, KOTAK MAHINDRA
BANK Account 841134485 for product purchase in QNET website (www.qnetindia.net/
www.qnetplus.net) through iCoupon/eCards/Credit Card.
