Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about conducting a formal
observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about discussing your observations with your
colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the
suggestions you made will your colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable
experience? Why/Why not?
Today was my third and final observation of my colleague Maryam. I liked the way we discussed the lesson
this time. There were no stress or tension from both of us. Maryam was very excited to hear my comments as
she is used to be observed by me. This time she was very confidence in her performance. Therefore, she was
proud of her lesson and aware of her strengths. After all the observation, the area of development was nothing
crucial. Only small addition to increase her level from -A to +A. Which was to create other ending to the
lesson. At this time, she again accomplished and developed her planning. For Next lesson, she will try to ask
her MST and I as well for new and creative closes.
